Friendliness is the by-word all the way around. Activities of all kinds are endless. It is set in beautiful rural coastal Florida but close enough to Tampa and other cities to afford all the needs for items and activities one could want. Old-time family values are highly esteemed. Lot rent is getting.out of control. Their repeated excuse to continue raising rent because what we are charged below going rate does not require them to raise the rent. They think we are stupid and don't Know the real reason. They are mistaken. The real reason for raising rent is pure corporate greed and absolutely nothing else. They are the ones who are stupid. Their keeping rent below what the market dictates can prove profitable to them by asking less than other parks as an incentive to live here and keep this facility full of people. I stay at campgrounds around the country during the warm months of the year most every weak for work, I prefer my own bed over a hotel.||I have stayed here on 4 different occasions, this last stay was 12 nights, it is quite and nice and clean. VG wiFi, pool, river and more. Close to St. Pete, Tampa, Bradington and Sarasota. The staff (Barbara) have always been polite and helpful.
