We spent a weekend @ Bay's campground in Raystown. Its a smaller campground which was perfect, with alittle more peace and quiet. This was our first experience there and we were very impressed with our tent campsite, it was a corner site so we definitely had more privacy beside and behind us. Actually had some deer pass by very close at day break! Site was very well maintained, the dirt/sand pad was very convenient for setting up our tent! Park rangers were very friendly. Lake is gorgeous and very peaceful in the morning! Beautiful place overall!

Great spot for camping. The sites are well maintained and spread out enough that you aren't on top of other campers. The lake is clean and good for swimming. There are also plenty of walking and biking trails, including a dirt track for biking.

I enjoyed my visit. The parking is limited to two cars per campsite. The facilities were all in serviceable condition. The water fountain has been updated in the playground loop. Very nice with a way down to the bay!

Although we have had 5 straight days of cloud cover, heavy downpours, more cloud cover, steady all night rain, no sun, more heavy downpours & then our campsights flooding for 3 of those days in some freak coastal eastern seaboard storm during the first 7 of our 10 day stay, we are having a wonderful time with family & friends. Restrooms & showers are clean & stocked. Very clean & manicured grounds. Enjoying my stay very much. I will recommend Bay Camp to others. We have 3 days left at site 157, we are gonna have to make A LOT of s'mores to make up for rained...

Bay Camp at Raystown Lake is one of the nicest campsites on the property. It just seems more cozy and the wooded area that surrounds it really sets it off. Though not the closest (Senoia Camp is), it's fairly close to the Marina, swimming area, restaurant and concession stand, as well as the Visitor's Center, which are accessible via an awesome woodchip mulch padded trail. Raystown Lake is a great Lake...
