Smoky Best - Lucky Eagle — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

We stayed the week after Christmas 24. Cabin is nice. Ample room. Decor is a little underwhelming (very masculine and sparse) No closet for your clothes, no place for your towel in the bathroom except a knob that nothing stays on. Beds are very uncomfortable, no box springs. Like sleeping on the floor. No step to get into the hot tub. Internet service was a joke and no cell service so you may want to bring games to play. The road in is rough and be careful at the bridge or you could damage your vehicle. Now for the bad stuff. Roaches dead and alive on all 3 levels. And the water! Rotten eggs smell was AWFUL! Couldn't make coffee or tea. Had to buy bottled water. Couldn't brush your teeth or take a shower or wash clothes without smelling like rotten eggs. Owner was informed but did nothing during our 4 day stay. Then after review said so sorry, maybe your next stay will be more...

This cabin was nice, but there are some things that could be improved. One thing that can be improved is that the cabin did not have curtains/blinds to cover bedroom windows. I understand wanting to look at the scenery, but guests would also like some privacy. The WiFi is not that great and do expect your phone to loose signal at this cabin. Other than that, the cabin...
