First Western Inn — Hotel in Pine Lawn

HORRIBLE!!!! No TV remote, No Hot Water, Heat barely worked. Checked rates 3 ways before going there. Called, on line and walk in. all the same. Was told upon check out that it had already been discounted. Carpet felt wet. I would encourage you to stay at a facility costing more and get what you pay for. This hell hole is not worth wasting...

Did not like the customer service (The lady). Bed was not made under the blanket. And the two microwaves because the one on the bottom dont work (Fire Hazard). The Google says free wi-fi (Not True) & Room smelled like smoke. Friend came from out of town and ended up going to Hotel downtown. No refund!!!...

They are very rude with no respect for people...they dont clean the rooms nor wash any linen...its a bad area and ive witnessed people breaking into cars and rooms here and the host act as if its not they business and will not help you retrieve your items. Please...
