White Castle — Restaurant in Jennings

NO STARS FOR JENNINGS STATION RD. LOCATION, (it made me give it a star to post), this place IS TERRIBLE. I went there ordered my food and by the time I got to the window, b4 I even had my money out, my food was literally sitting there in the bag ready (remind you its late and I'm the only one in line period???🤔🤔🤔🤔). Im thinking great fast service right? WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! I get my food, get on the highway, make it a few miles, reach in my bag only to find the food was ice cold (I'm talking literally ice cold🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬) I had to make it all the way downtown to turn around and take it all the way back to Jennings. (on my own premium gas might I add.) That food had to be sitting in there hours before I got there!!! Worst customer service EVER! I literally asked for cheese on my burgers, but did I get cheese? NO!!! Then I went inside to straighten the matter out. The worker told me, the drive-thru person didn't charge me for the cheese. Duh! Whose fault is that? Then I proceeded to say, that I think the cheese should be free since I was a drive-thru customer, and now I am a walk-in customer, due to the person who obviously was not listening to me at the drive-thru window. No, what did he do...you guessed it, he CHARGED me for the cheese. I immediately asked him to give me back my money, and cancel my order all together. Then the "child" started being sarcastic. The next thing I knew, all the "children" started laughing every time the "first big child" kept saying sarcastically, "Yes ma'am". And the manager! Oh my God, the manager literally begged them to stop. I was like, smh! What is this world coming to. All those brats would have been firef or reprimanded so fast, it would have made their heads swim. Since when do workers get to treat customers in this manner. I immediately reported this to 1-800-THE-CRAVE! The representative for White Castle sent me 2 gift cards to correct the poor service I received and said that I can use them wherever I like. You better know, the WHITE CASTLE on JENNINGS STATION ROAD, will NEVER, EVER, see the likes of me again! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating; they really deserve 0 star rating. I made my order on the app at 5 and I said I would be there at 5:45. I got there at 6:10 because of traffic. I got there, again at 6:10 and they had the side door closest to the parking lot locked. I see a few workers inside and one looks at me as I pull on the door. I ask is the inside closed she looked at me and continued talking to one of her coworkers. I did that a few more time and then I went to the drive thru, I asked was the inside closed the lady said no with and attitude. I drove about and walked to the front door. The lady who wouldn't let me in is at the register and just says "yes" I tell her about my order with was 2 20 sack cheeseburgers. I try to order a drink and a shake she says "whatever you ordered will come out with the food" I tell her I'm trying to order something else now she gets upset and says "somebody come and take his order". Then she brings me one sack and walks away without saying anything. I waited for my second sack and it didn't come so I asked them about it and they hadn't even started.
