To be sincere, I am currently a host here, soy view may be a bit biased. This is one of the most beautiful camping sites I have ever seen. The 1/2 mile of private beach is clean and inviting. We, the hosts do everything we can to keep the beach clean, to have the cleanest restrooms and showers and have a park that is well kept and friendly for our guests. I know there have been negative reviews about keeping our private beach only for our guests. But, that is why it is called a private beach. People pay for the use of it. Some people say our sites are expensive, having been traveling for the last 6 months, I would say that the prices are on par with anyone else. Let's look at the rates for an RV, full hookups and 2 passes for the beach for 50 dollars a day. So 2 passes are 8 bucks each so that leaves the site costing 34 dollars with an incredible view! Don't need to stay the night? Day passes are 8 bucks per person per day (under 3 free). That gives you access to our private beach, bathrooms, showers and our wash station for your boards and wet suits. That is from dawn until 9pm. So when people cross over from the public beach is it fair to our paying guests? I look forward to the summer ahead, the place is amazing and my wife and I are working with fantastic people.

Inadequate sanitation for the number of tent campers. We stayed at Crescent Beach & RV Park August 2025. One of the two toilets in the tent camping area was out of order for our whole stay (2 days) and the Port-a-potty was full. Very full. For two days. This campground sells out *every summer*; it should not be a surprise to them that they are fully occupied and need to provide adequate sanitation facilities for the people in the 31 tent sites. And in fact, they know that the sanitation is inadequate, because they mentioned it in the notice on the the toilet door: "Due to high volume during summer months, our vault toilets may experience overuse. We schedule two cleanings a day but encourage guests to take full advantage of the flushable toilets, showers, and rinse station located at the east / RV side of the park." The RV side of the park provides a whopping 3 toilets for women, and 2 toilets and a urinal for men. Given the swarms of mosquitoes, its not a delightful walk over to the RV side. Nor is it delightful to have to use a full Port-a-Potty when you are paying $45 a night for a tent camp site. The location is not enough of a redeeming factor for us, we will not be back.

My family and I we’re planning on coming up there to do some camping as it has a great location and would save me the drive from Forks But all that changed today when I took my family to the far side of the park near the public access area For my 3 year old Daughter to Play in the sand with her mom while I caught some waves Which happens to be the only therapy that works for my extreme PTSD only to be told that that tiny island little section of the beach was private property and if we each did pay eight dollars he was going to call the police on us i’m like are you kidding me as this was news to me. We’ve been here many times before and my daughter played in the sand for hours while I surfed and never had any problems before ?? I have explain to him that I was on disability And wasn’t able to currently afford to pay eight dollars per person. To sit in the sand and that’s the main reason why we’ve never been able to camp out there yet was saving up for a special day ..and how my three-year-old loves to play in the sand he said he we’d love to have you if you go register and pay us if not yes go on the other side of the river I think the things that really made this super infuriating to me was the fact that I was ignorant of the the boundaries of where the RV park began and ended since we’ve been there many times and had no problems also seen no marking or signage about the beach but then there was his smugness and joy he was getting in telling me that I couldn’t have my three year old play in the sand who at this time is crying. I understand people running businesses and have to make money however there are the short term dollar gains and a long-term dollar Gains. this man totally cost you lots of long-term financial gains from me and everybody that I know because I will never pay to camp at a place that Has employees staff or management or even owners that run around acting like beach Nazis and it’s not even so much the monies as it is the attitude in which I received He also told me that the markings are all over the place . That was a lie because this was the first time I’ve ever seen the sign on the river that he pointed out to me until this experience if anybody was looking for a place to camp I always recommend them to check out your place all my (4600+ friends and family on Facebook etc. ) because how beautiful it is and convenient but not anymore you don’t treat people like that. You don’t understand how important that trip today was to me and my family and the tremendous amount of stress and hardship we’ve been under and the one place that we go to find a little bit of peace and joy gets tainted with A greedy smug grin Looking at me and my child it’s mind boggling to me that someone as blessed as the owners of this place is would allow stuff like this to happen and give such bad vibes to people especially not knowing who they are or what there going through Bad vibes and bad karma. Very disappointing and saddened with today’s...

Full disclosure, I am currently working as a host for this summer. My initial perceptions of this campground from the reviews left me some anxiety about taking on this job. After being here for the past 3 months I now see the value in this park. This park is privately owned by the Port Crescent Tree Farm. A company that has been in existence since the early pioneer days of logging this area. The Eastern portion of the beach is available for public use as long as guests register at the Blue campground and park office and pay the day use fee. Day use fee is currently $8 a person or pet. There is adequate signage along the road to advise visitors of the requirements of registering at the park office. The negative reviews I have read for the most part are the result of visitors that felt paying the day use fee was beneath them and once confronted by park employees and asked to either register or leave responded in a passive aggressive or outright aggressive manner. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful. The day use and campground rates are appropriate considering the amenities and attention. The history of this location is rich and very interesting if you are willing to take a closer look. In my experience. Most people are confronted by park employees for accessing the property/beach without being registered, crossing the western boundary of the beach or taking their pets off leash which is strictly enforced. The restrooms, showers and laundry are clean and maintained by park employees. Park employees are seasonal full time RVer's. Mostly retired and enjoying a beautiful area of the PNW and the ONP. This park during the summer is nearly full on weekends and holidays require advance reservations to assure a spot. Camp sites are assigned by park management during full periods in order to accommodate everyone. Groups and special requests are given an honest look to accommodate. Just make your situation and needs clear when making a reservation or upon checking in. Tent camping is also allowed. Almost all sites have Table and Fire rings. This is an old campground and sites where not designed for the larger RV's with slides. So some sites can feel crowded depending on various factors. Accommodations for larger 40+' RV's is limited to a couple of sites with 50 amp. Call early. All others are 30amp. There are basic supplies available for registered guests at reasonable rates in the Park office. Whale watching from the beach is possible at various times of the year. Rumor has it that around August Grey Whales visit the bay for a week or so before heading out. The beach itself is a shallow gradual sandy slope. Popular for surfing, kayaking and paddle boating. Deer, Coyote, River Otter, Seals, Eagles, and other wildlife call this area home. Fathers day 2016 brought a rare Humpback Whale into the bay for a little belly rubbing on the sandy bottom. Ship watching in the Juan de Fuca Strait brings interesting sights to sooth that...

I don't remember the last time I was treated so horribly or been made to feel so uncomfortable as a paying customer. I wondered how I was "lucky enough" to find a campground with open spaces on Memorial Day weekend since I was booking it rather last minute. Now I know why.

When I arrived on Thursday evening I was surprised by how much focus was on going over the loooong list of rules. My family was there, my dogs were antsy, and I was anxious to get settled in. I told the manager my dad would be joining me on Saturday and she said no problem, just have him check in. Friday I went down to the beach and since there was nobody down there (NOBODY) I let my dogs run free. The host came down promptly to tell me that wasn't allowed. I thought it was creepy that he saw me, as someone would really have to be watching to notice. After that, I noticed the campground staff were very nosy, driving all over the campground in a golf cart checking parking tags, comparing license plates to what they have on file, etc. I realized that we were all being monitored constantly...weird feeling. A guy next to my site pulled up to drop off stuff and had only been there for a few minutes when someone came over and scolded him for not stopping to check in first.

I clearly misunderstood the rule about going pass the sacred rainbow pole. I thought it was said if I went pass that then I was off their private land. So I leashed my dogs and walked down there before letting them off. Again...NO ONE around. The manager came charging up the road and started screaming at me from up on the bank. She was threatening to call the cops on me if I didn't get back, shrieking about me breaking rules, going absolutely nuts on me. She wasn't just annoyed that I did something...she was furious with me. Her rage was unbelievable! I lost my cool (which I never do), and yelled at her no problem...I'd get back across and she would never have to worry about me or my dogs again after the weekend. She then instructed me to get back and pack up my stuff. At the same time, a very nice, sensible host came to escort me back. He made it very evident this was not the first time he'd heard complaints about her. He was careful not to talk poorly about her, but it was clear he didn't approve of her angry tactics. While rinsing my dogs back at the site she came over with her list of rules and wanted to read them to me. After a few terse words I finally got her to leave me alone. She just wanted to keep reading me rules and calling me a rule breaker.

Once she left I googled reviews of the campground and read countless reviews of the beach Nazi. She doesn't just get annoyed with people...she is verbally abusive. I wouldn't give this place a dollar! Also, it's my understanding that the owner sits nearby with binoculars to watch for the forbidden "rule breakers." The whole experience was horrible and creepy. ...
