This place was amazing. Accidentally came across it when I was searching for the job corps center my partner and I met at in Oregon and realized there was also a Tongue Point in Washington! Saved it and years later finally visited. It was everything I expected and more. I LOVE tongue point. Beautiful camping grounds, amazing coastal views, and nice water to wade in. I’d highly suggest walking along the rocks around the coast. Great chance to see the sea life and get different views on the ocean. I always wear sandals and keep a extra pair of shoes in the car to change into. A fairly decent drive if you’re coming from out of town, definitely recommend at stopping at one of the local restaurants...
