Erika, Moe and Margaretia(SP?) are phenomenal. We stopped in a few weeks back just to get an idea of what we may want in regards to new livingroom furniture. Erika walked us around answering all of our questions. When we thought we knew what we wanted, Erika pulled it up on the computer to show us configurations and prices. I told her I was going to look around other local stores to make sure I was happy with my selection. Erika happily passed me a business card and asked me to call before making a purchase because she was confident Mike's could beat the price. After finding exactly what I wanted, I reached out to Erika to see what she could do. Not only did Erika beat the initial price, but after speaking to Moe, they brought it even LOWER! They made the entire process a breeze, and actually enjoyable. Margaretia handled our paperwork quickly, which I really appreciate since I had to get back across town for school pick up. Anytime my family is in the market for furniture, Mike's Furniture Port Arthur is the first place I'm reaching out to.

After looking around everywhere for a living room set, dining room set and my daughter a new bedroom set I happen to stop in at Mikes Furniture….and I have to say I found the exact sets I was look for the right color and material the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They worked with me to also find the right tables to match the staff was very patient and gave me options. They made the whole shopping experience less stressful…I most definitely will be going back in the future for my furniture needs.. the delivery went above and beyond the delivery guys was very helpful before and after the installation If you are looking for a friendly place to shop with a great selection give them a try you want be disappointed thank you I greatly appreciate shopping the store Most definitely will be back very soon...

I had the pleasure of doing great business with Mrs. Erica today.She went into detail on every question I had. She offered every service from seeing pictures on her computer and the one in front of service counter. I explained to her that I was not happy with furniture that was coming in. She once again brought me the catalog and told me to look and she would get any price I needed She even offered to match better prices. At the end I found what I absolutely loved which was a model table and 2 side tables. We are inquiring on a refund policy on what was ordered to purchase better line of product here in store.A shout...
