I almost hate to rate it.
I first set foot on this property 26 years ago. It was quaint. It had an in-ground pool with a cinder block obscured view of East 4th Street. Some rooms have the rarities of separate, almost full kitchen. Nice tile work throughout the bathrooms. It was still very much a functioning motel and actually cost a few more bucks than the one a block over.
Now, it's an anarchical dystopia on steroids. And that's amplified by its look of being almost completely run down, despite a paint job within the last 10 years. I can't even begin to speculate the sheer level of debauchery and illegal activity that occurs pretty much hourly. It's so obvious and undercover officers aren't even hiding while they watch it.
And, it's downright scary to everyday people.
Irony is, the (now disabled) neon sign for it was featured on the show (and movies) 'Reno 911' for part of its vignette...
