This place is amazing, not only do they have a great selection but the staff there is the best. Tabitha waited on us and she helped us find the perfect sofa and recliner. She went above and beyond to assist us. The sofa we loved was not in stock and I explained how we had been everywhere and could not find anything I liked until now and that I had a house full of people coming in for Thanksgiving and really needed that sofa. She explained to me that she could not sell the one on the showroom floor. While I was ready to settle for something else, I kept going back to that sofa. She took it upon herself to speak with the outlet Manager Robert, who again explained that he could not sell me the sofa on the floor. After he and Tabitha spoke in private she came out and said that it was mine if I wanted it. I was so happy that I cried. I gave her a big hug and told them both how much I appreciated it and all the help they provided. It will be delivered on Tue. , just in time for my company. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out. So blessed and Thankful.. How appropriate to receive such a blessing right in time for Thanksgiving. I will pay it forward. Great experience at VFM Outlet! From the time you walk in the door to the time you make your purchase and leave the store. The staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, even when you arrive 30 minutes before they close. I apologized that we got there so close to closing time. But, Robert said no problem take your time. Robert was personable, friendly and great at helping us find what we were looking for. And at checkout Kristi the store manager was awesome, personable and friendly. All the staff that we spoke with was very friendly. To even when you came back the next day to pick up what you purchased the day before. Michael in the warehouse was great too helping Ray load up our purchase. Great staff we'll definitely be back.

Super disappointed with the customer service at this place! We chose to do business here because they have nice furniture and affordable. We purchased early August and were told 8/27-9/7 we’d have our sectional. We paid for delivery and didn’t hear back. I called 8/27 and they were waiting for the second piece. My husband picked up the half of a couch because we had nothing. Still haven’t been refunded for the delivery after we were told since we’re picking up we’ll get it and I even called 9/4 to ask about it she said she’s process it. Still nothing. AND now we’re being told sometime late September we’ll have the other half. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from here. I had planned on purchasing our dining table from here too but most...
