This store is awesome.... it's a Bojangles, an Exxon gas station and a Dairy Queen in one. I stop here sometimes when coming 220. Great place.... the Bojangles here has to be the most convenient and cleanest I've ever visited. I agree with the other guy Jefferey though....I don't like the way they call you "buddy". It's not worth complaining about or anything, but it kind of leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth when they call you a name like that. The chicken is great and the biscuits are made perfect... you can't get a much better biscuit than at this Bojangles.. they are made fluffy and just right.
The Exxon has an employee named "Brandon". He's a dude with red hair. He's kind of out there, if you know what I mean. The dude asked me "Do you have a job"? When I said "of course" he said "Really, are you sure"? I said of course i'm sure and walked out after he handed me the change. I'm not sure what's wrong with Brandon at the Exxon asking people if they're sure they have a job... I personally don't think Brandon is a nice guy and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder... but the other employees at the Exxon (excluding Brandon) and this Bojangles and the Dairy Queen are awesome, friendly and efficient. Very happy with every visit I've had here so far... I will continue...
Read moreFairly new to the area as I recently moved here from the Westlake area. I now live extremely close to this location. The food seems to be up to the great standard of the Westlake location. The employees seem friendly enough also. My only complaint is that I wish some of the food was a bit cheaper or there were more 2 for $4 options, or even some type of value menu. Since there is a Sheetz directly across the street who sells everything under the sun 24 hours a day and with excellent prices, me and my teenage sons end up eating there much more often. If only Bojanges was a little cheaper or had some type of value menu or better specials, myself and my boys would eat there constantly because we live so close to this location. However, we can go directly across the street to Sheetz and get more options at a cheaper price. Too bad. Otherwise this location seems to be well run and the food is up to Bojangles very good standards. Also, to finish, I would like to add that the 5 am open time is very appreciated as some people, including myself only have a small window to eat breakfast and 6am or even 530 am is a...
Read moreThis Bojangles at Plateau Plaza is pretty good. It's convenient. The young girl "Victoria" working here is kind of rude. I asked her to give me another container of dirty rice and she looked at me strangely and treated me as if she was bothered by me. She's young and it could be her first job.. but no excuse to treat customers as if they are bothering you. Victoria seems to have an attitude problem. There is a younger guy here also named "James" whom also has an attitude problem. I didn't see him on my last visit but he called me "buddy" every time I came in. I felt him calling me "buddy" was disrespectful since I'm a lot older than him and have kids of my own. I heard this James has a relationship with a girl working here too and his jealously causes problems within the business. I thought Bojangles has an anti-fraternization policy... evidently not.
Otherwise a pretty good Bojangles...check your order before you leave to make sure...
