It's like they say about getting what you pay for. Don't expect much! In fact, expect even less than that.

The other reviews are correct - if you can spare a bit of extra cash, maybe go somewhere else.

Our experience : the non-smoking room we got reeked of years worth of cigarette smoke.

Sheets smelled strongly of some kind of toxic chemical, to the point where I had to request new ones. And then they argued with me about replacing the sheets!

No phone in the room so you have to physically go to the front desk with your request, which really isn't a big deal but modern society is lazy so...

No closet in the room I stayed in, although I think some of their other rooms might have a clothes rack at least.

Spackle all over the walls - not that that matters, but it just goes to show they don't care about the small touches.

Not very clean, but that's not very surprising. All in all, if saving money is the main concern then book but if you want cleanliness and getting a little value for your money then AVOID.

I was awaken at 10:35AM to check out when after further investigation, I had indeed already booked to stay another night, online.. the owners are rude and borderline harass you. I was in bed, no clothes, they came in and cut on all the lights, cut off the air conditioner, kept the door wide open and kept demanding I pay the new price of 65.00$ or leave, all 25 minutes before posted check out.. they're futile attempts to charge you outrageously in person do not fly with me.. I have yet to receive my 50$ deposit as well and I am looking to press fraud charges as to they have NO reason to keep my deposit. This place needs be shut down but only because of the management. The rooms are decent, the location is far out but not too bad. It's the service of the rude owners that makes this place a failure. They need to learn how to treat people. It's sickening.. I would not recommend this place to even be used as a morgue with these owners.. they're horrendous. I will never give them another penny of mine, I will sleep on the street before I pay these people another dollar ever again. if they know you're in a bind, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. It's pathetic.....

We booked a quick night to stay after a concert in Blacksburg. After seeing the midnight check in cut off on the confirmation email, I called the day of to make sure if we were stuck in traffic we would be able to still check in. I was assured by the lady on the phone “no problem, there will be a bell you can ring, we are expecting several to be running late from the concert tonight. Thank you for letting us know!” and assured me if we were running later then midnight there would be no issues. Fast forward, at 12:40a, there is no one to be found. No bell. We knocked, but of course no answer. Everything was booked solid so we ended up driving the 3 hrs home. This place is a joke.
