My husband and I were visiting family in the area and stayed 5 nights. I was very impressed with this property. It's well maintained, clean, and attractive. Room was very comfortable. We had a 2 room suite with a king size bed. We enjoyed the efficiency kitchen. Had full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. We were able to get some groceries and not have to eat out for every meal. They do offer hot plates if you want to cook but we did not use one for this stay. Had all the plates, glasses, and flatware needed plus more. Also small coffee maker. They also had ice machine on the floor near the elevators. The bed was comfortable but the only issue I had would be having better pillows. They needed to be more firm and fuller. Covers were fine but would of prefer a better duvet. It was 2 pieces and bottom kept coming apart from the top. Room had a lot of storage space. Bathroom was clean. If you stay longer than 2 nights they cleaned the room every other day. Pool was great! Good size; not too small. They have a saline pool so no heavy chlorine smell. Pool area was well maintained. They also had gas grills down in the same area that you can grill food. Breakfast was good. Never ran out of anything and food staff was very attentive. My husband used the gym everyday. He said he liked it and it was sufficient for his needs. Parking was free and there was plenty. I suggest parking in the back. The walk is closer. You can enter near the pool and the elevators are right there. It also doesn't fill up quite as quickly as spaces in the front. All the staff seem to be very pleasant always giving you a smile and a greeting. One employee even saw us coming down the hall and hit the elevator button for us before we got there. Even that simple gesture was greatly appreciated and noticed. I would definitely stay at this...
Read moreUnfortunately we did not enjoy our stay with this location as we’ve had with others, first day we arrived the room wasn’t stocked with essentials such as body wash/shampoo, extra toilet paper etc, the fridge wasn’t working so all of our groceries defrosted, had to have our food items put in the fridge in the lobby, shower knob wasn’t working had to keep on calling down to the front office every half hour because something wasn’t stocked or it was broken, room keys didn’t work had to have several replaced, no handicapped parking, as they let “anyone park there” when full. No stocked towels ever at the pool and had to keep requesting only for them to put 2-3 out because they claimed they ran out, fireplace outside was broken and only lit up 3x out of our 10 day stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best, when it was actually stoked, food was either burnt or cold and they never had enough for all the guests. Stood here over Mother’s Day and they ran out of food completely. Other times they closed breakfast 15-20 mins early. Most of the staff including the blonde older lady who ran the breakfast was extremely rude and so was management, when we reported all of these issues they were quick to make up excuses and not take any responsibility, spent over $1,700 on our stay here and when asked for credit as Hilton promises a night on them if we weren’t satisfied with our stay, they refused to do so, manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to us as she was “busy”had to argue with them to just receive not even half a day off, I wouldn’t recommend nor stay at this location again. Too expensive for what you get, also the location wasn’t that great ether, too far from beaches/places in general. The only thing positive I could say is it’s a beautiful hotel, pool was nice and the younger overnight staff was very nice...

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL
I booked a room a week in advance for November 9-11 to spend a weekend with my wife celebrating our 5-year anniversary. To ensure everything went smoothly, I even called the hotel twice during the week to confirm the reservation.
After driving nearly 3 hours, we unpacked at the hotel, went to the front desk, and completed the payment. The receptionist gave us the key, and we headed to our room. But when we entered, we found a DOG inside, along with someone’s personal belongings. Clearly, the room was already occupied.
We returned to the front desk feeling outraged. After explaining the situation, the same receptionist went to check the room, reviewed the system, called the manager, and more—but did everything except resolve the issue. After waiting for an hour at the reception, we were informed that no room was available for us. They then sent us to another hotel 45 minutes away. I asked them to cover the cost of this stay as compensation for the disrespectful treatment we had experienced.
Our entire trip and schedule were thrown off because we ended up in a different city.
Extremely frustrating.
Terrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, the receptionist was rude, as if doing us a favor by transferring us to another hotel.
My wife and I had an awful experience, it ruined the day and the...
