For somebody who has been going every week since mid 2019 and as an elite member for now 6 years, my opinion on this location is good. They do have a lot of good areas to explore, like they have a slide, basketball court, air bag, zipline (just listing a couple things) and they did getting more stuff (they are adding a play place soon) and I think they are nice additions, however, to allow this amount of activities, their “free style” trampoline section is very limited and small. Good luck trying to do anything impressive without teenagers standing there or small children running on the trampolines. Their dodgeball section is also very depending, be with little kids, it’s gonna be a fun game, but be with teenagers or adults, be prepared to get hit in the face with hard dodgeballs, and nobody knows that headshots aren’t allowed.
Food is alright, but I’m happy that the pizza is from Rico’s, which is pretty good. Their eating area is pretty large and there’s plenty of room to move around.
Lockers are pretty good but they do cost money, but there’s a rack for shoes that will likely be overfilled with shoes and water bottles on a Friday or weekends.
Pricing is okay, but be aware that glow will not allow any shirts that isn’t a glow shirt (green, pink or white) and the cost of a shirt, sky socks and glow can be expensive without a membership. If you are going to be here more than once a month, get a membership.
Staff here will depend. The manager is good and he’s nice but the sky staff will depend on the day you go, some staff are more nice than others but most of them are good, but some staff can be a little bit rude but it’s rare.
To be honest, Going to Glow at sky zone is kinda risky, because you got, in particular, a lot of teenagers will be there at glow. So if you got little kids, I recommend going on Wednesday Glow during school weeks, it’s very relaxing since there’s nobody else there except the staff and maybe some other jumpers, but be careful with Friday and Saturday nights, since it will always be crowded until 10 PM, but there will be more teenagers on Friday and Saturday Glow, so I recommend either going early before 6:30 PM when glow starts or go late (I recommend after 9:30 PM) but Between 7 - 9 PM, it will be crowded! I recommend avoiding this time because of the crowds from birthday parties and teenagers.
Speaking of teenagers, there are some good teenagers who I have seen and talked with, but there’s also some teenagers will cause trouble, especially during Glow. (I have seen the following behavior) Fight of 2 boys over a girl in the bathroom One girl slapping a another in the face A 17 - 19 year old stealing a phone twice from a pre teen A teenage girl being creepy by going “Hi” to everyone, and I mean everybody and watching me weirdly But luckily, Stuff like that are rare but they do happen.
Birthday parties are alright here. I never had a party here but they are kinda Standard like any other trampoline park.
Overall, Sky Zone Sarasota is pretty fun but why I gave it 4 stars is because of the behaviors that I have experienced with teenagers and even the staff, I would recommend this for the kids during normal times or Wednesday Glow during school weeks but I would avoid Friday and Saturday Glow nights due...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at Sky Zone 6180 Edgelake Dr, Sarasota, FL 34240 on feb 26,2025 . As a customer, I expected a level of professionalism and care that was unfortunately not met during my recent experience. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in hopes of ensuring that future customers do not encounter similar problems. I brought my grandson and his friend to enjoy a couple of fun hours at the sky zone my grandson’s friend needed a waver to come in which I was willing to provide and was told he needed his mother’s consent which she could do on line , my grandson said that previously he had his mother’s friend do this once for him . Once his Mom completed the waiver the attendant said they couldn’t come in because of the t-shirts they were wearing so we had to purchase two at 9.99 each. Again my grandson mentioned he was allowed before and with the same t-shirt he was wearing which is an IMG t-shirt from his school. At this point I asked the attendant why ? To which he replied that if we kept complaining he would ask us to leave . I then asked him if I could speak to a manager to which he said he was the manager. I thought he was kind of young for such job and asked his age he said he was eighteen. My experience having done this type of work many years ago is that most companies expect potential managers to have several years of experience in a relevant role before transitioning to management, providing a foundation for leadership and people’s skills . Once I paid for their tickets and t-shirts I felt I needed this to be told and asked for his name . His name is Liam. I believe your company welcomes customers to question practices or regulations and these are not considered complaints certainly not a reasons to ask us if we kept complaining to leave. As customers we have the right to ask about practices or regulations of any businesses without necessarily being considered complaints and definitely not to ask anyone to leave. I sincerely hope this serves as a constructive input to help improve your service quality...
Read moreMy daughter loves to go to sky zone. It makes more sense to become an elite plus member than to pay every time we go. I've been to toddler time more than once, but this last time I was told that while I was there with my daughter I could not take my feet off the trampoline which I have never been told before. I immediately asked for a refund, canceled my membership and left. I was not jumping anywhere other kids could get hurt and I have never been told that I could not jump and have fun with my three year old daughter. We were jumping in the basketball zone. It seems that every time we go different employees have different interpretations of the rules. When I joined sky zone I got a key pass that goes on to my key ring, on my last visit they got an entirely new system that no longer uses the key passes. So I had to spend 45 minutes re-registering while my daughter was all over the place and I couldn't find her when I was done. The facility itself is great if the staff could get their act together it would be fantastic in the manner in which they speak to the people who attend there is just unacceptable. This is the second time attending sky zone where some young punk talk to me like I was a piece of trash. If I didn't have to worry about the consequences I would've knocked him straight out. Sky zone is a terrible place, and until they get their act together and get the rules straight and get the system correct it will be a dangerous place to go. I don't care what they do my daughter and I will never be returning. There are too many places to go with trampolines I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes and go somewhere that is fun. There are other trampoline places in Bradenton that we've attended where there was never an issue. That is where my daughter and I will go...
