Good location, friendly staff, but I did not like the room. The sink has only a very stupid touch faucet that only has HOT water and works inconsistently. Sometimes you have to put your hands in front of it, sometimes you have to touch the back. I was initially getting a good (albeit HOT) stream of water but then later only got barely a trickle so I had to call maintenance to fix it. They said they were put in for Covid and that they were going to swap them out someday. To get cooler water for filling drinking bottles they told me on the phone you have to go back to the lobby water fountains but I couldn't find those either. The wifi connects but there is no Internet on it. It's a long walk to the parking lot. It's really hard to find the pool, it would have been nice to have been advised how to find it on check in, you have to take an elevator up, walk through a construction zone past empty rooms then take a different elevator down. We loved staying here at the RV Park. Would be great if they would give us a proper placemarker for our spot, as the last 2 times our spot has been stolen by other people with no change or repurcussions. (As in, the spot stealer takes our ticket down and puts their ticket with the wrong number up, but they get to keep the stolen spot anyway.)

We pay for a specific spot that we chose when we arrived. It is First Come First Serve.. except it is not, and apparently it is just a free for all.

If you leave for anything, someone will take your PAID for spot. Staff prioritizes the spot stealer and we are forced to move despite having picked that spot and stayed there for days. This has happened 2 years in a row!

Not sure that I want to come back with the stress this causes. And I will no longer be recommending this location. Very sad about this and hope to update this if we are presented with a proper,...

Overall a very good experience. The place is actually pretty large and includes a amphitheater conference center, casino, gift shop, cafe, pub-style bar, restaurant, and multiple casino gaming floors (smoking and non-smoking gaming areas available). We have stayed here twice as of this review and enjoyed both. The rooms are spacious enough, but the beds were too hard and the pillows were to flat for my preferences. The bathroom in our room was ok, but there was some wear and tear kn the tiles and wallpaper. Also the sink faucet was automatic and stayed on way too long to effectively save any water... The room did have a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave which was very convenient. At the time of our last visit the hotel was under construction and looks like the additions will be very nice.
