Big Bear Arena (Chi Mukwa) — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

There are two rinks there, one of which is Olympic size. They also have a walking track, exercise area, physical therapy, basketball court, indoor soccer, concess stand and nice clean restrooms. I do not remember seeing a pro shop, but that could just be because I wasn't looking one. There's a fair amount of seating in the lobby. Also has seating upstairs to watch hockey if you don't want to sit in the rink bleachers. The entryway was decorated nicely with Christmas displays. Really nice place, but it'd be nicer if the basketball courts were actually available for someone to play basketball in.There are two, and both always have a birthday party or some event going on in them. They should get some kind of schedule going and posted for the gym to just be open to the public to play some basketball, especially being the only public indoor basketball court...

I come to the big bear alot and theres always nice workers today there was a terrible mean worker and he said the elevator had a 65 weight limit and that we cant go upstairs and he is being super rude we went upstairs to sit down and he said no kids were allowed upstairs and there 3 year olds up...
