Econo Lodge Sharon - Foxborough — Hotel in Sharon

The room look nice however what I seen with my own eyes was very Nasty . I check in around noon time . The front desk lady told me the room would be ready in a few. I paid her for the room received my keys and went down the street to get some food. When I arrived back at 4 pm and went to enter the room I was assigned .. I open the room door to find the room nasty it was never cleaned from the last guess that stayed . I went to report it to the office , when entering the office another guest was in there complaining about the same thing .. When it was my turn to be help I informed the front desk that the room was nasty and not ready it was now 4:15 she told me the lady was in my room as we speak cleaning it out . I left the office went back to the room and no one was there cleaning it .. I I was heading back down to the off I noticed the cleaning lady heading towards my room so I walked back up to the room . She had her cleaning basket with cleaning sprays , new sheets, pillow cases and towels . So I was like cool I gave her a few to clean , once she was done I went into the room .. I started to make myself comfortable on the bed when I smelt something that was not right .. I got up off the bed and was like wow ... It took me a min. To think .. The cleaning lady never rd changed the bed comforter . She did the sheets and everything else but not the bed cover . The office told me they don't change the comforters everyday, I informed the office I would hope you change them after a guest leaves and a new one come in ."They Don't ". I had to track they cleaning lady down for a clean comforter . She had me follow her to an out door shed where all the clean sheets ,towels and bed comforters where located .. There was out side insects crawling around in there. I found everything to just be nasty .. I watched the cleaning lady clean out a few other rooms for new guest to come in and out of 5 rooms I watched her clean she never changed the bed comforter in any of them ... STRIGHT NASTY !!!!!! I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you like sleeping on other people left over body juices and Oder . I will be calling the board of health on this matter ..cause if I didn't see the room before the cleaning I would of never knew they don't like to change...

This was by far the worst establishment that I have ever been at. It looks absolutely nothing like it looks online. I arrived at 6 pm. The room that I was initially given smelled AWFUL and did not lock from the inside or the outside. Which I found out when I went to leave to get dinner. I called the office to inform them and was told to come back to the rental office and they would provide me with a new room. I was then moved to another room that was still being occupied. I walked in, the fire alarm was beeping there was clothes on the floor and the bed wasn't made. Clearly someone was still occupying the room. I had to walk all the way back to the office to complain because its not connected to the rooms. At this point I would have left but it was already 9pm and I took transportation there for a work event. So I had no choice but to stay. The third room was a non smoking room so it was a bit better. I stayed the night and it seemed suitable until I woke up the next morning to shower and the water was ice cold, it took 20 minutes of running for luke warm water. But the worst part is that it was slightly brown. At that point it was time for me to go. I payed for two nights but there was no way possible that was happening. So when my ride came I started to bring my things to the car when I went back in to get the rest of my stuff the key card wouldn't work. As I am standing there trying to access my room what seemed like a maintenance man walked by and I asked if he could help me and he basically just kept walking. This was by far the worst mistake I have ever made. I have to note the cleaning carts did not have bleach anywhere to be seen just One generic cleaning product and the free breakfast consists of cheap donuts. The funniest part is the manager Mr Katen Patel has these beautifully made fully stocked business cards on the counter that says we appreciate your referrals lol. I took the card but only to report it too the better...

Stayed two nights at this hotel on our trip to Boston. Lots of amenities around and am easy drive to the near by train stations which is why we coffee this hotel. The hotel itself from the outside looks terrifying and very run down. There are multiple buildings, two one level and one two level building. We stayed in the test level building. The room itself is much nicer than the outside of the hotel and appears somewhat newly renovated. The bathroom however is declining not renovated and could use a little TLC. The vanity is very dingy, the heater in the bathroom was disgusting and super old. The bathtub was very rough feeling and just super old and don't looking. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. There is a fridge, microwave, decent size tv, and two chairs in the room. We encountered a toilet that wouldn't flush as there was no water in it when we got there. I didn't get the staff members name but he was there both evenings we stayed. He was extremely helpful and handled the situation well. We related the problem and within minutes he came to attempt to fix the issues, he couldn't so placed is in a different room. Excellent service. The breakfast was suppose to start at 7.. we went on our first morning at 7:05 and nothing was out. We went back at 7:15 to find two kinds of cereal, bananas, donuts and some bread. The juice machine want working and the cereal I after was so stale I just had to throw it out. There was a very tiny little table to sit at. The parking lot is very small and if you have a bigger vehicle it would be a nightmare. Overall the hotel was okay. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again but it was on the cheaper side. I feel that there are just so many other places to stay I probably wouldn't pick this hotel.
