Horrible customer service and broken products. Ordered new windows and door for my newly renovated house. My contractor ordered everything through Lee Harper who works in sales at Koopman. He is very rude and unprofessional. Order was placed in February 2022 through Koopman Lumber. Windows were delivered defective with multiple broken parts and they never sent screens for the windows. My bathroom window never came with the original order. Sliding door did not have handles or locking mechanism. Three basement windows the wrong size. No screens sent at all with the window order.
Have been trying to get replacement windows and correct screens that lock for months now. My sliding back door does not slide properly and the screen falls out. Four windows in my house completely fall off the track when you try to lift them up. Lee Harper said screens would be re delivered with correct sizes. They sent an order of random screen sizes that do not fit the windows twice now. No one came out to measure at all. If touched the screens fall right out. I have small children and this is an extreme safety hazard. Bathroom window finally came in June and was all scratched up. It is now September 2022 and Koopman has not delivered replacement windows or screens that fit nor have they made an effort to get back to me regarding the issue.They will not return any of my emails or phone calls.The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Spend over 20k for these windows. I have videos that show the windows just falling out when lifted up.

Read moreI have driven by this place got to be 1000 times. I finally had a need to go in and use them as I needed a sill plate for my front door, my current one was broke. Spoke with Jen in windows and doors and explained my needs and no surprise I needed a special order item. I emailed all the particulars to Jen and I heard back immediately. That's where their customer service ended I emailed Jen 3 more times and even called and left a message on a "monitored daily " voice mail but heard nothing back from that call or my emails.
