This hotel was convenient off the highway. That is where the good part ended. I called this hotel directly for a reservation, confirmed that we would be allowed to park there because we were towing a 30' trailer. Received confirmation on all counts along with their no refunds policy since I was making a same day reservation. But once I got there the first thing the desk clerk said was you can't park here! I informed him that I had just spoken, asked, and confirmed with the person I made the reservation with 20 minutes prior that it was permitted. He said he had been there since this morning, that he had spoken to me, and that he never said any such thing. He did however try to 'interest' me in some vacation package, signed me up for points I didn't want, and other offers. I don't know if this is a requirement of the reservation process for this hotel or if this desk clerk has a side job for these other companies. Waste of time when all I needed was a reservation and obviously my questions accurately answered. Now I made this call sitting in a truck full of people, towing this said trailer. It was a priority that would not and did not slip my mind, besides having witnesses! The website for this location stated RV,s and buses welcome. So, I stood my ground and was allowed to park out by the dumpsters. Why the fight, I don't know? Perhaps with the nonrefundable room he was hoping to resell to the half dozen people who pulled in after us because of the terrible weather? I can't explain, since when we woke up in the morning, there was a smaller trailer and an RV bigger than our trailer parked right outside our room! That was our welcome. As for the room, it was average as long as you didn't look close. Everything was bare minimum. A/c wasn't even running at low or fan so the room was stuffy as can be. Minimum towels, fewer face cloths. While filling the ice bucket from the machine, one of my roommates was questioned by the manager as to what room she was in. He stated he wanted to make sure she was using the right machine for her location. Really? Micro-manage much? But the icing on the cake had to be the stains on the bed. The guys thought blood. I prefer not to think about it. But it is time to change it out, not cover it up. See attached pic. All in all, I can't...

Reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights each, when we arrived only 1 of the rooms was reserved. According to them they could only reserve 1 room per phone number, but we called the hotel directly. When they said they could fix it and give us the 2 extra rooms they also told us to call and cancel through customer service line we booked. We explained that we didn't book through customer service, we booked directly with the hotel he didn't believe us and so we called the number we booked to which their phone immediately rang, so they said sorry. then we got to the rooms and all the rooms had not been cleaned at all. The beds were not fixed, one of the rooms had liquid all over the floor which looked like urine, the rooms smelled like smoke, and was just completely disgusting. We finally got some clean rooms and the keys wouldn't work and plus there were wasps on the outside one of the rooms. We were tired from a 16 hour drive that we decided it was fine, and we slept. Next day, we went out and when we got back our keys were not working, I had to go to them 3 times before it was finally fixed. I also requested towels to shower after noticing that they took all our towels, even the clean ones and didn't leave any at all, I received the towels 4 hours after requesting them. Thank GOD we only stayed those 2 days because it was ridiculous. Oh, and another family member that arrived to the hotel later that evening was given the room that had liquid all over the floor, so just saying they still didn't clean it. Guests that were staying there because their employer booked their rooms even said the hotel was a joke. Also, there was a rooster and a hen and they were actually the highlight of...

The front desk staff when we checked in was rude and impatient, the room had a half a roll of toilet paper, no tissues, and the tub had dirt in it. When I explained this to the front desk the overnight staff, he just shrugged it off as normal, in the morning at 9am (2 hours before checkout) this maid knocked on the door and when I answered she says "ohh you still here, I'll come back" but she was dressed raggedly, twitching, and had no teeth, I am not one to judge but I felt she was on something. Before I even closed my door another employee came around the corner and was yelling at her and nudging her away from our room. We packed up and left. The next day I checked my account and additional to the $67.81 that is on my receipt (for 12 hours of staying there) I was charged a second charge of $0.91, when I contacted the hotel they can not explain this charge and refuse to reimburse it. It would cost more to "stop payment" with my bank than 91cents so I just chalked it up to be a loss. However I won't be going to Days Inn for a while & will NEVER return to this one, on our return trip we stayed at Best Western. Being down the hill from a casino you would think they...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Me and my husband were hopeful that this was a better days inn but we couldn’t be more wrong. When we first arrived we went to the room with nothing and in the drawers found someone’s underwear and socks called the reception said they would be up to the room in a few mins waited and after 45 mins we went down to reception. There was a LITERAL roach chilling in the reception area corner. When we went to our new room honestly we didn’t feel that safe; the mirror is placed so that you can see into the room even when you close the curtains. The blanket is just a top sheet no duvet or comforter. On top of that we find other people’s hair in the shower everywhere. In the area there’s basically nothing it’s 20 mins to the nearest Walmart or actual restaurant that isn’t fast food. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF!

The front desk clerk was friendly and nice. The room where I stayed was so hit and miss. The room and bedding were clean. The shower/toilet area was also clean , and the sink area was up to date. The floor tiling was good and up to date. The furnishings were ok, and the bed was comfortable enough (too springy for my tastes, I like firm mattresses) that I slept decently. What made really made the room feel dinghy were the seams and paint starting to peal on the ceiling. The bare walls didn't help either. Not the best Days Inn I've stayed in but was ok. As a place to stay on a road trip, it was fine but just a bit overpriced for what it is.
