Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Shorter

The food was good. But some of the staff was very unprofessional. A customer that was in front of me had an issue with his food and the lady in the back was yelling about it. She said "PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC" very loudly. So I was the next to order and I had my grandmother with me. My grandma was sitting down and she had the receipt. So when they called my number I wasn't sure if it was me so I kindly asked the lady what was the order and she said "I don't know what your ticket number is". I didn't respond but I was thinking I know you don't know what my ticket number is. So at this point I don't want to talk to her and ask no more questions. But we got our food and I was missing fries but thankfully someone else helped me with that. Our sandwiches were cooked to perfection. And they were so big that we needed a fork. So as I'm walking up there the same lady that I spoke with earlier is giving me this evil stare. She was "WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED MAAM". I said can I have two forks and two knives please? She told someone else to give it to me. So I go to my seat and we are eating and I look over at the menu because I wanted some ice cream but I notice that same lady is giving me this evil stare. So I was nervous and I didn't get the ice cream. Then she starts talking to her co workers and now another person is looking my way. I felt so uncomfortable that I cut me and my grandmother's lunch short and we were visiting from out of town. I couldn't help but think why does she have a huge problem with me. Driving from Atlanta to Mississippi, I couldn't wait to get to Charley cheesest Steak!! I had to use the rest room but it was out of order, or under construction, so I was instructed by the Manager Tiffany, I could use the outside portal toilet. After I informed her that I didn't come to a expensive food place like Charley's to use a outside nasty toilet, I could go to McDonald's and get a cheaper meal and use a nice clean restroom. Ms. Tiffany told me to go to McDonald's and informed me that it was right across the street.. Poor customer service, very unprofessional, no courtesy or compassion for the customers that's traveling a long distance, and taking time from their travels to stop at your restaurant. I now know why no one's was in the lines to order food and only one guest was eating, in the restaurant. ALL she had to say is, I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, but she showed no concerns about losing business, so I went to McDonald's spent my money there where I was appreciated as a customer, received friendly customer service and I was waited on by a professional employee, and I was able to use a clean restroom I won't be visiting your...

It's 5/21/21 at 2 p.m. CST and every employee in there should be fired with the exception of the tall cook with the locks. Both women were extremely unwelcoming. The customer service is very poor and the staff is extremely unprofessional. Their system was apparently down and the young man offered us fries for waiting, but the young lady said very loudly, "riding the clock, ain't no system, so ain't no Charley's today." Me and my teammate were so disgusted by their behavior we turned around and vowed to never return. We went to the Love's across the street where service and promptness was much better.
