The Villas at Snowmass Club — Hotel in Snowmass Village

I highly recommend staying at the village of snowmass club. We had an issue dealing with someone from destination snowmass, and I didn’t expect anything but wanted to let them know about incident. Jenna and her team were so friendly and very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived we found out they upgraded our room, but more importantly they made our experience so nice. We had a nice note in our villa wishing us a happy anniversary, with a few welcoming gifts. We were able to text them with questions we had and I m sure we were a bit much with all the questions but they were always professional and kind. Their staff is the reason we will come back. Our villa was beautiful. 2 bedrooms,2 full baths, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, washer/dryer, fully stocked large kitchen with everything you need, a dining room, Patio with grill and the view is stunning! We enjoyed a fire every night in our fireplace. We were able to use the amenities at the club and it was beautiful. They have an enormous workout room, they have a sauna, steam room, several hot tubs and pools. We enjoyed dinner at the club and watched live music. The shuttle was very easy to use and George was especially a nice and helpful driver. They cleaned our villa every 2 days, the club locker rooms are huge and spotless. We were very stressed with trying to use their website, it’s hard to find information on their website, but it was hard to find information about snowmass village, shopping, spas, etc. I recommend speaking to the ladies at the front desk. Jena and her team helped us with our reservations after we had a bad experience trying to work with someone from destination snowmass. After sharing our difficulties Jena and her team listened and immediately spoke with their manager to address the issue we had with a man at destination snowmass. (Extremely rude) . We weren’t looking for anything but it is our 10year anniversary and he made booking very stressful so I just wanted them to be aware. When we arrived we had a text from Jena , she upgraded us to a premium room. We walked in to a lovely note wishing us a happy anniversary and welcoming us. Our room is amazing. We have a balcony with an amazing Mountain View, and from our bedroom we can watch many birds in the aspen trees . We enjoyed our fireplace every night. Wood was provided. A gas grill was provided on balcony. Living room , dining room , bedrooms are spacious . The kitchen has plenty pots/pans and dishes. Bathrooms are stocked with towels. The club is beautiful! The hot tubs, pools, locker rooms, weight room , and restaurant are all top notch. We were able to text, call, or stop in the office and all the girls were very helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly . The Villas at Snowmass has stood out to me as one of the best locations to stay when on a ski/summer trip. Having stayed at a number if different locations in and around the Snowmass/Aspen, Colorado area, I must say that my experience at The Villas topped all others. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful during our check-in process. They even allowed my family to check in early, ahead of our scheduled check in time. While I cannot say this will be a guaranteed occurance for each guest, it was nice to have the staff try and eventually succeed in getting us settled in earlier. In addition, the Villas' fitness center was better than any other I've ever experienced while on vacation. From the wide range of workout equipment, to the packed schedule of fitness, yogo, and training classes, their fitness center truly amazed my family and me. The fitness center also offered multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs to relax in after a long day on the slopes. The stellar bus system in Snowmass has multiple stops both on and near the Villas' property, making it easy to get around town without a car. Finally, our condo was better than described and the staff were extremely kind in making sure we had everything we needed.
