Snowmass Village Recreation Center — Local services in Snowmass Village

I wish I could give this recreation center Negative Stars! My family of 7 has lived all over the country. We have lived in Seattle, Boston, Vail, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. I have never experienced more hostile customer service than we have endured at the Snowmass Village Rec Center. We are an active family. We love to play basketball, volleyball, lift weights, and swim. I am giving up access to this rec center for our family because of how poorly we were treated. It is not worth it. Place is constantly not opening on time. In the past two weeks, the individual responsible for opening doesn't show up till 6, sometimes 630. I PAY for this service and it can't even open on time, putting me behind on my normal routine. Even as I write this, at 6am, on September 26, it's not even open yet patron after patron show up. Literally two people standing at the door waiting to get in

Place had great amenities but charges too much per customer compared to other rec centers in the area.

Although a smaller rec center, it has all you need with great workout facilities, climbing wall, basketball courts, and a a salt water pool and lap pool. The staff are always friendly and you have a park, sand court, skate park, and outdoor courts right outside as well. The parking lot is always open, so it's easy to access which can also double for if you want to hike some of the trails located right...
