I booked this room for my family based off the semi decent reviews. I don’t know what some people consider clean, but it was anything but. The first room had large, sticky mystery stains all over the walls. The floors weren’t even swept. Dirt, mystery goo, and hair everywhere. There were cookies under the side of the bed. The sheets were stained and there was a mattress pad under the sheet that was heavily stained and stunk. The lady at the front desk gave me apologized and gave my family the next room down. The AC was broken. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. This time the front desk woman was defensive and slightly argumentative about it. Eventually she gave me the next room down. This was the last room available. This room was just as nasty as the first one, except this one had food in the bed along with all the mystery stains. I was traveling with my 2 and 3 year old. There’s no way we could have stayed there safely. If hepatitis and guys hanging around the cars in the parking lot are your thing, then this is the place for you. If you have kids or any sense of self preservation, stay away. Also, don’t expect a refund without a fight. I’m still waiting on a response from the property to the booking company.

I booked online. The pictures on the site were misleading. I booked a king. They didn't have any available, so she gave me a double. The room was horrible and nasty. I noticed stains on the sheets and bed skirt. When I went to the office to report it, the man immediately got defensive saying they wash everyday. But then he admitted they never wash the skirts. My question is, if it's visibly soiled why wouldn't you wash and/or replace it? Wait till you see the pictures. He offered me sheets that he wanted me to change myself. There was water damage and stains everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. I've traveled to third world countries so I treated this like a hotel I would find overseas. I slept in my clothes and bought a bottle of water from the store next door to brush my teeth. The only positive was another guy/employee came to my room to check on me. It was a little off putting at first when he showed up because nothing about him said he worked there. But he was nice, closed the plumbing door which was wide open under the sink and killed a fly for me. I could not wait until the morning to get out of there. I actually went to the truck stop down the street to take a shower. There's was much cleaner.

I really wanted to like this place and we were down to stay for the night. They gave us a better deal than online by $3 which was okay. When we got there, there were not that many people there. A lot of rooms left. Got into the room and sat our bags down. I am not sure why, but I looked over at the wall and noticed something moving. Sure enough when I went on over to it. I noticed it was a bed bug. That was an instant no thank you I want my money back let's leave. We requested a refund and told the lady as to why and showed her a picture of the bedbug and said "oh no that's not a bed bug we don't have those here. That's a water bug." I did not want to risk bringing any of them home with me. If you don't care for the potential bed bug traveling home with you and being bitten all night then stay here otherwise don't stay here. This was in Room 106. Maybe it was just that room or maybe by that time they have been smart enough to call an exterminator, but for now I would 100% caution you about staying at this place. Not with the risk. Pay a little more and run the risk somewhere else. The sad part is most hotels are plagued with them.

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. The owners were nasty. They threatened to call the cops on us because we had more than 2 people per room. We had 8 people in our group. I told them to show me where it stated that only 2 guests were allowed per room. Then he changed his story to we are making too much noise. We were there for only 20 minutes and were greeting each other by the cars because we haven't seen each other in a long time. Not loud at all, just too many black people in one area. We booked the rooms on the hotels website but the reservation did not show up on their computers. Ugh. Now lets talk about the crappy rooms. OMG An in and out hotel where you go to have sex and leave 4 hours later is in better condition than this hotel. The rooms had a stale smell, one room was worse than the other but they were allegedly non-smoking rooms. Thank goodness I brought Poo-Pouri with me. There were no towels in the room, 1/2 a roll of toilet tissue, the room phone did not work and the bathroom did not look clean. I swear someone just rinsed the tub/shower out from the previous guests. They did not clean the room or refresh out towels the next day. I had to request fresh towels. The second day they only provided us with 2 fresh towels (4 people in the room) 2 washcloths and a hand towel. They did not remove the 4 dirty towels, did not make the beds and only emptied the trash cans. The second room that we had they didn't even do that. Again I had to request more towels and more toilet tissue. The pillows were flatter than a pancake and you could smell cigarette smoke from people who smoked outside came under the door. Worse...

This is one of those hotels where a chalk outline of a body would not be a second thought. I worked night shift while at this location, I had booked through a discount agency and had a confirmation email with the price of the room, the lady upcharged me stating the tax had gone up recently and added $4 to her personal coffers. I had to stay one extra night since my work was not completed, the same woman stated she did not receive the confirmation on her fax even though I had the confirmed price on my phone. Once again she stated she would just give me the room if I just gave her $60 instead of the confirmed price of $54. I paid her the $60. Why? Well because I have now set a precedence that this lady is a crook. STAY AWAY! In addition to the above mentioned shell game, there was a dirty mop that was propped up next to my door the whole week I was there. There was danger/caution tape on the backside staircase because the stairs were in dis-repair, AND I believe there may be a prostitution ring working out of this butt-lick inn. IMHO this place is a shady POS. STAY AWAY. I would love to have the front desk lady challenge me on this, I have pictures. BTW the front desk lady is the only employee, she sleeps and works 24/7. Final note-I felt so uncomfortable here I was scared to eat the free breakfast. Wyndham should...
