What an awful golf experience we had on Saturday September 30. Prior to making our tee time. We called and asked about the course conditions. They said that they had already completed punching the greens and over seeding the entire golf course. We thought we were all set. Two of us were from out of town, the other two are locals. $75 for locals, $165 for non residents. Right from the start the tee boxes were full of weeds and in just fair condition. As we got our round started. We waited on every shot. The course was packed. Not once in our 5&1/2 hours on the course did we ever see a ranger. Were there too many players on the course, or was the a group or two holding things up. No ranger, who knows. The entire golf course was in awful condition. If you play the ball down, today was not the day for that. Everywhere on the course wás terrible. Verticut everywhere, spotty dead grass everywhere. There were areas for 70 yards at a time with no grass on the fairways at all. Bunkers were completely uncared for. May have been one of my worst experiences on a golf course ever. After nine, I went into the pro shop and talked to the head pro and politely and expressed our displeasure. He was apologizing for the condition, and expressed that the course was in a transitioning to the winter rye. I mentioned to him that we had called earlier in the week and asked all those questions. If would have been nice if they would have been more honest when we inquired earlier. We would just made a different choice of courses We proceeded to the back nine to find more of the same. Now we get to #10 green. The entire green had huge pit marks all over the green. Clearly a diseased green on #10. UNPLAYABLE! The day just keeps getting worse. As we continued to complete our round. We found 4 or 5 of greens in the back we're diseased as well. What an awful experience, that could have all been avoided with the pro shop being truthful with our phone call days prior to the round. Shame on everyone in charge at the golf course. I did mention to the Pro, that the course was certainly not worthy of a greens fee of $165. For that matter, it wasn't worth $75 either. I hope this helps people that may consider Siena as an option. Awful experience, don't waste your time...

My husband and I had decided to plan a destination wedding in Las Vegas, finding it to be the easiest location for our friends and family to travel to from all corners of the continent. But one of the things that we knew from the start was that we didn't want our wedding to necessarily have the look and feel of a "typical" Vegas wedding - which is what led me to look a little further from the Strip, and how I managed to stumble across Siena Golf Club.
The venue is absolutely beautiful and makes for stunning photography. There's water, there's beautiful mountain views, there's green grass and gorgeous winding paths. But what makes Siena Golf Club an even better venue to host your special moment is the attentiveness and responsiveness of their staff.
Our event coordinator was Adreanna, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was to work with. She was responsive and gave many helpful suggestions as we were planning our destination wedding from afar - she really helped to put my worries to ease in spite of never even setting foot on the venue until the day before our wedding. And since we (read: more me than the groom) were planning the wedding by ourselves, Adreanna's help was really instrumental in figuring out all of the right vendors to bring together to make for the best experience. In their contract, it says that Siena's event coordinator isn't intended to be a day of coordinator - but Adreanna really went above and beyond in helping to facilitate the day's events, even handing out our programs and helping me to remain calm as I managed my ball gown across their lawn. Without Adreanna's help, I don't think the day would have gone nearly as smoothly as it did.
Between the beauty of the site and the helpful staff, Siena will not disappoint. Thank you, Adreanna and staff, for making my wedding...
Read moreI recently hosted a Networking Breakfast for my Sotheby's International Realty colleagues at Sienna Golf Club, and it was an incredible experience! The club did an excellent job of hosting the buffet-style breakfast, which was delicious and filling. The view from the club was spectacular, and it was so serene and peaceful - a perfect backdrop for a networking event.
Everyone had a fantastic time connecting and meeting new people, and the group photo taken outside was truly spectacular. I always like to do surprises at my events, and this time, I decided to give away a luxury Chanel perfume through a raffle. It was a great hit, and all the guests had fun participating in it. One lucky lady walked away with a new Chanel perfume, which was a great surprise for her.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sienna Golf Club for anyone looking to host a large event. The food, service, and ambiance were all exceptional, and the staff did an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I would definitely consider hosting future events there.
