We were only able to stay one night but I wish we could have changed our vacation to stay here the entire time!! It's a gorgeous property, with a beautiful garden and lovely common space (get to the breakfast table early to have duck eggs for breakfast). The rooms are perfect- our queen bed was comfortable and the fan kept it cool enough even in record hot temperatures. They were also quiet-- we were worried about noise but the rooms were insulated enough that we couldn't even tell there were other people in the house. The owners are kind, accommodating, and fun. We got in close to midnight and they met us at the door to show us our room, give us a quick tour and see if we needed anything... also to show my boyfriend and I where the drink fridge was after our long drive! We had to get up early so unfortunately our stay was just a brief overnight. Neysa served us breakfast on the porch and mentioned they sometimes do dinner as well. If that's their "simple" breakfast I'd love to sit in on their dinner!! We're in the area several times a year and somehow never knew about this gem! We will be back no question.

Kimball and Neysa were incredible hosts. I felt very well cared for while staying in their B&B. They were able to accommodate an earlier wake up time for a wonderful, locally sourced breakfast. We had our choice of 6 different homemade jams, I didn’t know lavender and peony could be that delicious. Lovely morning on their screened in porch overlooking their blossoming garden. The property was easy to find and a quick drive to a wedding we were attending. We will have to return in the fall to try their homemade cider, and are excited to make pancakes using the recipe from their website so we can try the maple syrup they sent home with us!

This is not a stay, this is an experience. Neysa and Kimball were incredibly accommodating. This is like spending time with family. Everything was very clean and tidy. You are treated to snacks, history and entertainment at night. During the morning you receive the best breakfast you can ever have. If you're not into humble, home feel this is not for you. Some notes: No AC and shared bathroom. This area has cool nights so didn't bother me. If I could give this 6 stars I would. THANK YOU!!

We recently hosted a welcome dinner and BBQ for 140 guests to kick off a wedding weekend in Tamworth—and we truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with The Farm Stand and our incredible hosts, Kimball and Nyessa Packard.

First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing. From the pulled pork and chicken to the baked beans, cornbread, and desserts—everything was delicious. We're a family of foodies (and not easily impressed), yet every single guest was blown away by the variety, quality, and flavor. We received endless compliments all night long.

Then there's the location—so charming and picturesque! Four different groups of our guests stayed at the on-site farmhouse B&B and couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful rooms, the incredible breakfasts, and, of course, their warm and welcoming hosts. Kimball and Nyessa are just genuinely kind, thoughtful people who clearly love what they do—and it shows.

The barn itself added the perfect touch of New England charm, which all of our out-of-town guests absolutely loved. Despite the size of our event, the Packards brought in a few extra staff members who were just as wonderful—attentive, helpful, and kind.

All in all, it was the perfect way to begin a celebration-filled wedding weekend. We truly couldn’t have found a better place—or better people—to host this event. We’re deeply grateful to Kimball and Nyessa for their attention to detail and for making everyone feel so...

We two couples visited The Farmstead B+B and hosts, my friend Neysa and husband Kimball for two nights just at the beginning of our beautiful foliage season here in NH. It's the perfect place to enjoy a couple of road trips in the area as well as comfortable, homey accommodations. We were welcomed with a tour of The Barn music venue, cider house and surrounding gardens with lots of history about the property. Check out their concert listings! The house overlooks the river and is up on a small hill, so that the front porch (just lovely for breakfast and coffee in the morning)over looks the river and a historical wooden dam across the street. We walked over to the dam and park to enjoy that area and it's history. We walked the gardens and had fun watching the chickens and some cows that live next door. So relaxing. The three rooms upstairs are very comfortable and share a bath and there is also a second bath off the downstairs living room(with great art, music and history books, games, puzzles and cards) Neysa and Kimball prepared great breakfasts(homemade jams and their own maple syrup) and cookies(gluten free and yummy) for us. Any questions you have or local recommendations you need, just ask.|We enjoyed very much! Thanks Neysa...

Kimball and Neysa are fabulous. We had both a barbecue dinner and a brunch catered by Kimball and his team during our wedding weekend. Their business is just down the road from our venue and they frequently cater events there, so they were more knowledgeable than we were about where to set up, what they needed from the kitchens, and various tiny details. The food is all AMAZING. Everything was made with super local ingredients and they use compostable plates and utensils, which I loved. I’m still thinking about the baked beans and gouda mac & cheese, specifically, but all the food was delicious! Kimball was so understanding and flexible with a lot of dietary restrictions as well, which was so appreciated. Our gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian friend was incredibly touched that she could fill a whole plate with delicious food for once at an event! We required all our adult guests to be vaccinated to attend, and were grateful that Kimball and Neysa are both also vaccinated and taking precautions in this scary time. They and their family/staff are all incredibly kind and wonderful to work with at every step of the process. 100% would recommend hiring...
