We recently had the pleasure of working with Batter-Up Bakery for our wedding desserts, and I can confidently say they exceeded all of our expectations. From the first consultation to the big day, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
Customizable Options: Batter-Up Bakery offered a wide variety of options, from classic wedding cakes to an assortment of mini pastries, cupcakes, cookies, and even whoopie pies! We loved how flexible they were in helping us design a dessert table that matched our wedding theme, budget, and guest count. They worked with us at a tasting consultation to come up with unique flavor combinations and ensured everything would be fresh and delicious.
Taste: The desserts were nothing short of spectacular! Each treat was bursting with flavor—our guests couldn’t stop talking about the mini desert shooters, cream puffs, and the whoopie pies. For our bride and groom wedding cakes the layers were moist, and the frosting was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just the right amount of creaminess. We also appreciated that they offered gluten-free and vegan options, which made all of our guests feel included.
Presentation: On the wedding day, the setup of the dessert table was beautifully arranged. I cook from ingredients put together that are Not out of the box, and no one else has tried. I love to share food and feed people. Eating out or purchasing baked goods is hard because I am an excellent cook/ baker. Today, I stopped by Batter Up Bakery in Chocorua, New Hampshire, to buy some baked goods. I can tell you this: Julie's baked goods are phenomenal; Julie and her helper, Danielle, make some downright great food!

So, let's talk about the qualities of a Great cinnamon roll, in fact, The World's Best Cinnamon Roll! The dough should be lightly sweetened but full of flavor — yeasty and buttery; the filling should have a punch of cinnamon and be sticky with brown sugar and butter. And the icing? It better be ooey-gooey. Fresh dough, frosting, and a generous amount of cinnamon are used to make their delectable rolls. The cinnamon roll is light and fluffy, with just the right sweetness. She fulfills multiple large wedding orders for breakfast, lunch as well as dessert each weekend and still manages to keep her doors open for her local regulars as well as tourists that pass through on their travels. She is the 1st to open early and offer free coffee to line workers, DPW, 1st responders & plow drivers during the winter. She will greet you with a smile and is always happy to customize your order for you. Stand up owner and human being! We have been ordering from her for 5 years now for our own family as well as countless wedding groups and never once has anyone been disappointed. Highly recommend stopping by!
