I normally don't leave Google Reviews and won't lie I actually forgot to write this a few times. I was quite concerned with some of the reviews myself but something felt off and the main reason I was looking at this company was it was a small business that had the ammo I needed for competition and compared to others they were sort of local 2+hrs away.

So seeing the mixed reviews I first reached out by phone a few times with no result(which is why I removed a star bc you can't remove half a star someone should answer the phone between normal hrs) but I sent an email and I used the chat feature both with positive results and had a great conversation with them.

As I mentioned this business is 2+hrs away(it wouldn't be cost effective even if was in store available to pickup though close enough if I had any issues) even though there was numerous bad reviews after the conversation I had with them and they did mention something about issues with getting proper paperwork/documentation & a cause of some issues which I don't know if it was a customer issue or if it was something their end(while using chat feature I provided my email address and they were able to pull up my email) but like i mentioned even though there were bad reviews I decided to give them shot(pun intended) bc I don't live in a free state unless found in a local shop it's very hard to get ammo shipped even though it's 100% legal to do so(it was easier to get alcohol delivered) yes you need to jump through some hoops and even with website only certain warehouses would deliver to me(our communist state Govt doesn't respect our rights even though we probably wouldn't have such rights if it wasn't for the Patriots/Residents that went to Concord & Lexington not to mention with their own supplies) I ordered on a Wed and the following Tues FedEx delivered that case of ammo(it's not on this business but they legit left a factory marked box no where close to my door/porch it was tossed on the bottom step nor required signature which was a surprise to me as I had to sign for the brown liquor I ordered before) was delivered. I have recommended them to friends which besides not answering the phone number listed on their website but once they emailed and used chat feature their orders were received promptly.

I think people should reach out to them via chat and email though I did mention it would be easier if they had phone support of some kind and form their own opinions or feel them out for yourself though I would recommend them and have, I am about to order more ammo soon not only bc it's need for competition but also with possible increased prices & shortages.

As I mentioned a few times the only reason they didn't get 5 Stars is because of issues with contacting them call me old school but I prefer to talk to someone on the phone if given the option. But end of the day very happy with my orders and if anything changes I will put an update below.

When shopping online for ammo, I came across this website. They offer extremely low prices and an affordable flat rate shipping option. I read several reviews online and most were positive. The negative reviews I found seemed to all mention issues with items showing avaiable online but once an order was placed they found out the item was not in Stock and they had to wait on backorder. After debating making the purchase due to these reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. The day after I made the purchase, I noticed one of the items I had ordered was now showing out of stock on their website. I chatted with a rep and found out they did not have enough stock to fill my entire order and roughly 1/3 of the items would be on backorder for 1.5 weeks. Rather than wait to recieve my entire order, I decided to call and remove the quantity that was on backorder. The phone and chat rep were both pleasant to deal with. A couple hours after requesting the change to my order, the phone rep called me back and said they recieved a new shipment and they would be able to ship my entire orignal order the next day. They shipped my order in 2 shipments. I recieved the first delivery today and im expecting the other tommorow. So based on my first order, I would highly recommend Vizards if low prices is your top priority for your purchase. However, be prepared for the possible hiccup with inventory levels. If you willing to pay 20-40% more to ensure your items are in stock, you may want to shop elsewhere. Altogether I'm pleased with my purchase and I'm planning on making...

Canceled my order with no notice. Kind of frustrating.

Reply: I live in Michigan and the item I was ordering was fully legal. I was not attempting a charge back. Your system stated you had 7 in stock when I ordered. I’m guessing what it was was you were massively under price from competitions and you cancelled my order to not lose that much profit. But I could be wrong.

A super over typed long reply to my issues is insult to injury. You cancelled my order with no notice and no reasoning. Which is extremely unprofessional. If you have too many orders to process and cannot keep up with the traffic to reply to a customer with a notice that it had to be cancelled you need to remedy that. But typing up a 6 paragraph reply to my 1 star honestly tells me more about your company than anything else.

You spent all that time replying to a single negative comment with a hugely defensive response. Instead of asking questions as to why I gave you a one star. You just went off on a massive rant without understanding why you got the bad review instead you could’ve just actually sent me an email letting me know that you had to cancel my order for whatever reasoning to which I would’ve understood that, yes you gave me my money back which is great but at the end of the day you canceled with no reasoning, no email no notification. But hey you had the time to type a book on why you are so great.

Suspicious at best. You have lost all faith in your legitimacy with your reply. Best of luck...
