A beautiful, high end property with wonderful food and service!

Liked · The location was super close to wine country and most everything that we did. The property is gorgeous! The owner greeted us, and was so kind and welcoming. The staff member that brought breakfast was so kind as well. The room was beautiful, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! Gourmet and so delicious! Also the finishes are so beautiful…it’s obvious that they put a lot of time and money into every detail of the rooms. High end and gorgeous for sure!!

We really have hardly any complaints. The guests next to us were loud every night, which was our biggest complaint. Thankfully we brought a sound machine and we just turned it up to help drown out their noise. The only other thing that wasn’t our personal favorite was how bright the room is as soon as the sun comes up. There are little windows above the door that do not have any shade. And there is a door in a closet and a window by it, that are not see through, so privacy is good. But we personally wanted to sleep in a little more, which for us wasn’t possible with the amount of sunlight allowed in the room. Again, this is more of a personal thing. So maybe other people would love this.

We stayed at Domaine Chardonnay Winery Estate and Private Vacation Suites nearly two months ago, and I’m just getting around to writing a review; better late than never, right? Well, let’s get to it. First of all, the communication with the owner, Laura, before our stay was great. My husband and I never had to wonder what to expect, as Laura communicated policies and procedures via email and text to ensure we had clear information regarding our stay.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the charming exterior of the property; it was a picturesque sight that matched the advertised picture perfectly. I have to say that I am a “hotel” snob, so for me, the first impression sets my hopes high for what’s to come. Once we entered our suite, I exhaled with relief, knowing I would be comfortable. It was clean with a lovely decor that seemed intentional. The owner's attention to detail lets me see the importance the owners place on ensuring guests are comfortable and have what is needed to enjoy their stay. A continental breakfast was delivered to our room each morning of our stay; it was filling and quite tasty!

We look forward to returning to Domaine Chardonnay during our next visit...

One of the BEST luxury estate suites we have ever experienced! We felt special and spoiled!

Domaine Chardonnay far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were very high. First off, the room we had (Vineyard Suite) was superb. The attention to details and comfort is wonderful to experience. Very spacious room with a delightful soaking tub, a spacious separate shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. The king size bed is as comfortable as can be. The private patio has a spacious love seat and foot bench plus a small table and chairs for two. The patio overlooks the vineyards with the mountains in the background. It is a great place to relax in the early morning with coffee or late afternoon to watch the sunset. Each morning there were hot air balloons right over the hill, so close you could wave at the people in the balloon basket!

The morning breakfast was always exceptional, and the owners, Laura and Mike, are simply the most accommodating inn keepers possible. We splurged and stayed five nights and hated when it was time to head home, wish our stay was longer!
