Bel Vino Winery by Wedgewood Weddings — Attraction in Temecula

We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood Weddings. From my first phone call to look at venues, to choosing Bel Vino, to the actual wedding day! Bel Vino Winery Wedgewood weddings was a beautiful and convenient location for our wedding. Every time I spoke with staff I felt like they truly cared about my experience and what my wedding day would be. Even though they do this over and over and over again, I still felt special. We chose to do the ceremony facing the valley at the beginning of June and the colors of the valley were amazing. During the reception I highly recommend designing your sweetheart table to sit at the valley facing the tables and dance floor - it was so easy to get up and dance when we wanted, see our loved ones, and take it all in. We chose the classic package with 119 guests.

We had a unique experience on the day of - the power went out! But no one told me (the bride) until after we had finished post ceremony photos. In the meantime, all the staff and coordinators were calling other wedgewood venues to get back up generators. Our cash bar had been upgraded to a free hosted bar and after the music at the reception cut out three times, we were offered the sparkler send off! Never was I (as the bride) stressed about the situation. Our day of coordinator (Jess) and banquet captain (another Jess) were FABULOUS.

The bridal suite has two spaces which were great for private moments and the bridal party to hang out. I will say the toilet not having its own door was annoying. The guys have two seperate rooms and a bathroom, all disconnected. Make sure you arrive fully ready for the day to speed on - getting there at 3pm and starting the ceremony at 5pm is not a lot of time. Our guests all raved about the food - we had the garlic chicken and the cheese pasta. The variety of salads were also lovely. The venue included DJ (Rhys) was SO fun.

The bathrooms for guests are in the actual winery - the far side - which is fine but I did leave a little message that I suggest the venue provide better signage for guests.

There are many places to take family photos, bridal party shots, and couple photos! The swing ended up being our favorite! Also sneek away for sunset shots on the road by the winery vines!

If you are searching for venues I truly recommend this one. They are great with communication. I did email them SOOOOO many times and they always got back to me and never made me feel bad for it!  Happy wedding planning! Take it all in!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Wedgewood Weddings Bel Vino Winery, and while there were a few small hiccups along the way, the team was nothing short of amazing when it came to addressing and correcting anything that popped up. Their responsiveness and professionalism made all the difference.

The venue itself is breathtaking set high on the hill with panoramic views that feel straight out of a movie. It’s one of those rare places that practically decorates itself with its natural beauty. The bridal suite and groom’s headquarters were both comfortable and convenient, and the entire property has such an elegant, romantic charm.

I didn’t get the chance to do a tasting beforehand, but we could not have been happier with the food. The presentation, the flavors, everything was top tier. The package we chose was all inclusive, reasonably priced, and made the whole process smooth and stress free.

From the very beginning, the General Manager, Gina, set the tone for the entire experience. She has an incredibly knowledgeable team, and if it wasn’t for her intoxicating personality and genuine love for both the venue and her staff, we might’ve kept looking but she made it impossible not to say yes on the spot. I love doing business with people who truly know their craft, and Gina is absolutely one of them.

As a professional event planner myself, I can be a tough critic but it was such a joy to finally hand over the reins and just be “the bride.” My coordinator, Brinley, was truly the MVP of the entire day. She ran a tight ship from the moment we met to the moment the lights went out. There wasn’t a single thing she couldn’t handle she took care of every detail, every request, every curveball with ease and grace.

And here’s where she really went above and beyond as any couple knows, the bride and groom rarely get to sit and enjoy their own meal on wedding day. Brinley thought ahead and packed us two to go plates before we left. When we got home, still riding the high of the night, we sat down and devoured that meal and it was absolute heaven. It was the sweetest, most thoughtful gesture and truly the perfect ending to a perfect day.

The Bel Vino team is the absolute best, specifically Sydnie! We had the pleasure of planning a wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Throughout the entire process we felt nothing but confidence in the entire team. They were always so supportive and caring and helped address any concerns that we had that arose. Their level of professionalism and experience from each individual, including the entire staff was the very best. We heard from all of our guests such positive feedback and that the staff was always accommodating. Not to mention the food was amazing and our event captain Heather that night took care of everything. Our needs were always anticipated and met. It was like she could read our mind. She was awesome and could not recommend more. Our dj Andrea made sure our guests were entertained the entire night where everything felt smooth and relaxed.
