Awful awful service. I came back to this Michael Kors store 45 days after I made my original purchase. Four of the employees in the store that day told me I have 60 days to get a store credit or 30 days to come back and get a refund. As stated above I'm here 45 days later for store credit and they were refusing to give it to me saying that it's only 30 days for refunds or store. Again at that time I was told by the three employees that were helping me(I made a bigger purchase) that it's 30 days for refunds and 60 days for store credit. I have bought tens of thousands of dollars of Michael Kors merchandise over the past 15 plus years. I'm very very disappointed that the employees are that ignorant to not know their own return policy. On the receipt it does state that but I'm truthfully going to listen to the employees of the establishment that are helping me one-on-one about the return/ exchange. They clearly all said 30 days for return or 60 days for store credit. I will never be coming back to this piece of garbage Store where the employees are just straight ignorant people. However, my recent experience at their store has left me extremely disappointed and unwilling to visit any Michael Kors store in the future. The incident occurred when I encountered a cashier whose behavior was not only rude but also unprofessional. I was simply trying to explain what I had been told by another employee of the store, but the cashier showed no interest in understanding my concerns. Instead, she responded with an uncalled-for remark, implying that if I wanted to purchase a particular item, I would have to settle for the floor sample. To make matters worse, she exchanged smirks with her colleagues, exhibiting an overall lack of respect towards customers. I firmly believe that no customer should be treated in such an unethical manner. Regrettably, I left the store without making a purchase.
