My husband and I have stayed here in various rooms at least 3 times prior. The location is ideal as there are restaurants, bagel place, a bakery among other business within walking distance. The parking lot is a bit messy, I would suggest paving the entrance/exit and also clearly marking the parking spots.
On our recent stay (Friday April 4, 2025) we were in room 220 which is a lovely upstairs corner unit. Overall the unit itself has a nice layout but the bathroom is snug and the kitchen doesn’t have much cooking space, the prior room we had had a lovely island (might have been the room below us). The layout is great and the brightness of the room was lovely.
Since this was a quiet trip to enjoy each other’s company, we were a bit frustrated at the tv which was just cable kept glitching! It happened in living room and the bedroom, which was aggravating, it’s the only time we watch tv. The bed was HARD as a rock, we definitely struggled to enjoy it but fortunately we were exhausted and slept. The curtains were only halfway blackouts so we also felt it could be completely revamped as we were looking forward to sleeping in a bit.
The room overall is great, the location and the building itself is well kept and staff was great. There is also a nice gym and the grounds are always manicured. Overall we will explore other areas as we really need a better bed and tv services that work, we truly enjoy being able to relax and it could have been a bit better.
Needless to say that our backs...
Read moreFrom the moment we checked in, I could feel that this was going to be a unique lodging experience. There was a small team of delightful women at the reception desk as we came early to check in before the Hampton Tech week conference. I explained that we had to get to the VIP dinner and it was very important that my three daughters and I were able to get comfortable accommodations. Jacqui stepped up and assured me that they were going to do their best to make our Experience comfortable and our daughters to have an enjoyable stay for their first time in the Hamptons of New York. It’s been an incredible couple of days we just checked out, and I felt so compelled to write this review because of the love and unity that I felt in the Hampton began when we checked in to East Hampton House. I asked if my friend Tommy had already checked in and they said yes we met Tommy he asked about you John. if you were planning to come to the Hamptons, you probably have expectations of expensive lodging, overpriced everything and a bougie experience. we had all of the comfort we could ask for from the basics of towels and soap Tommy even exfoliated multiple times. Can you believe that by staying here you get access to your private Pickleball court and tennis court there are two courts and a pool if you’re coming here with your three daughters I definitely recommend staying and Tommy can get his own room. I hope Jackie reads this and knows how much I appreciate her and the rest of the team thank you...
Read moreVery nice mid century modern motel. Convenient to several restaurants etc across the street. Cute lobby, fitness center and vending area. The room we had was the deluxe king suite. Nicely decorated and recent updates. Nice wood look tile floor everywhere except bedroom. Nice kitchen with small fridge, stove and dishwasher and all the basic items needed. Comfy couch in living room and great TV plus one in bedroom. Nice view of pool but it was being renovated during our stay (off season). Lots of storage and closets in room. Bathroom was trendy but SO TINY, and really needs a ventilation fan. Bedroom was ok, a little cramped with furniture. Linens, towels, and pillows were very nice. The bed or frame was very loud and creaky when you moved. The only thing I could knock was it could be cleaner, especially in the covid world. Lots of stains and scuffs, spills on the walls, finger prints etc. Some furniture needed repair. Ac filters were extremely dirty . Sound deadening between floors and room is bad, I thought the people upstairs had cement shoes on. All in all, still a very nice place to stay in the Hamptons. Hoping to come back...
