The 5 star rating is for the cabin my daughter and her family occupied which was fully furnished, had modern kitchen and bath and in a good location. My wife and I were in a barebones building that was due for floor and shower stall replacement. In fairness, these are old buildings that are probably updated when funds are available. If you are a tent camper, accustomed to leaking tents and damp ground conditions our accommodation would be considered a "glamping" experience. And, for $585 for 7 nights this cabin is a bargain. Access to a beautiful lake with swimming, boating and fishing at your doorstep is a wonderful experience. Office and maintenance staff are wonderful people who respond to your needs. Be aware that some cabins are accessed from upper road parking down pretty steep lawns. Some renters were using their trucks and SUVs with AWD and 4WD to drive down grass slopes to unload and load their vehicles. I couldn't do this with my vehicle and had to make many trips back and forth to it arriving and departing. OK if your capable but consider cabin 155 with roadside parking...

There were holes in the screens and some of the window wouldn't stay opened. I felt that it was not safe for grandchildren to stay in this cabin.
