Jake's 58 Casino Hotel — Hotel in Town of Islip

Dan Freid isn't Autism friendly despite all the donations from Jake's 58 casino, it seems it doesn't carry through into the casino I can't accommodate that stated Dan Freid stated to my partner during a conversation, while she was trying to understand why I was being asked to leave the hotel when I was giving gluten for 4 days and made very sick. And it all starts with a bad meal taken away from The Bistro at Jake's 58 So this is the embarrassment look for the photos I uploaded the square tray with the weird creamy liquid with Spotty food in it and then the second pic with it mixed up in the pound of mashed potatoes given by The Bistro at Jake's 58, Restaurant Week 2024!! So this is what happens when you ask for a gluten-free version of a meal!!! This is what I was served I was credited $90 back towards my hotel stay complained about it . I've been staying there, quite a bit they know I'm gluten intolerant. We asked every day about the soup and so I know if I can eat it or not was told by Rosie one of the Bistro managers the split pea soup is gluten-free I just asked it's made with cornstarch. I was given two free bowls of soup one for myself and my partner to bring up stairs add a free bowl of the brussel sprout and bacon because she wanted to try to make up for some of the other issues. I ate that soup 3 or 4 days in a row and to find out there was gluten in it all along and they lied which explained why I was sick with low-grade fevers vomiting diarrhea sores in my mouth and an ulcer on the back of my throat lowered my immune system till I got a sinus infection and then my girlfriend got the sinus infection and while we were there we were supposed to be having a meeting with Dan freed Courtney Broad and Lou I don't know his last name the manager in charge of security so they could do an investigation about the gluten that was in the soup because it was given to me intentionally with malice day after day after day being told it had no gluten when it had gluten so now I'm sick and instead of them taking care of the problem and offering something Dan Fried, assistant general manager tells me we don't want your business anymore you need to leave by 6:00 which was less than 4 hours away for two handicapped disabled people who are now sick full-blown on antibiotics being told to leave with a reservation that was still good until the following morning but of course my girlfriend could stay but I wasn't allowed. We sent a beautiful tray of edible arrangements to the front desk staff as a thank you for all the help and kindness they had been giving us. Previously we gave two managers free lunch because they helped us out with a sticky situation. We tip when we get hel and we take care of people that take care of us . Dan Freid can't accommodate that he states to my partner not really sure what that is but we're going to be seeking an attorney and I'm going to be climbing the chain to speak to the manager and the CEO of Jake's 58 casino. Still gotta be the cheapest casino payouts I've ever witnessed. Stingiest Casino on the East Coast. Go to Mohegan Sun go out of state to West Virginia to play instead this place just takes your money UN FUN ZONE!!!

UPDATE Still got be the stingiest casino and slots I've ever played in. The odds are STACKED that u get little to nothing on every so called "bonus" on all the slots. I go cause my wife likes to relax here however I never seen a big payout while here from anyone including the thousand plus people all around us playing here. For example there's a Grand a Major a Minor and. Mini bonus on most machines at Jake's u will always see the mini if you ever even see a bonus that it..lol. I'm amazed the place is always packed as I don't see the attraction as I see no payback to any patron, lots of bells and whistles and loud sounds but pennies to the dollar "big wins" of what you gambled. First I thought we had an off day but after several different weeks at different times I've seen ugots awarded. My advise would be throw your patrons a bone occasionally as this place has little excitement or fun that I been witness too. All of this is MY OOINION OF COURSE!!!

• UPDATE* We had been enjoying Jake's the first few times we went as the slot play seemed fair as win a little, lose a little and it was enjoyable. Lately we've gone a few times and the slots are stone cold and payouts minimal and in fact laughable 12¢ 15¢ on an 88 ¢ minimum bet and that's it. No minis no free spins play and once we got a bonus and it was barely $2 dollar...lol... Now please were not naive as we know casinos make big money however I don't think this casino pays anywhere near the 80% to 90% required by the gaming commisssion. So what used to be a fun time is now not even entertaining as it seems Jake's is getting a little to greedy. That's our opinion and we travel from Bayside to come here and are not hard core gamblers so we're just going for the fun and the not even little wins is not fun at all. So Jake's loosen up your machines a little we don't mind spending some money but make it a bit easier and a little fun and excitement for your customers in doing so. Stone cold floors of machines is a drag and boring. ,**† Just went to play at the casino slots and it was clean and smoke free with lots of varied games. We enjoyed as we won a little lost a little and had a nice late lunch. Far for us to drive as we're from Queens but a nicely run place with lots of security. We'll be back. They should have given free game play with new club members...

Update October 15th 2022 The rooms are so old and the carpets are disgusting and I was afraid to walk is broken on every floor. There is no room service in the Hotel and you can't sit down to a nice breakfast at 9am because the restaurant doesn't open until 11am or 12pm ridiculous. Try to find a parking spot takes like 20 minutes because Valet Parking ropes off and blocks you from using half the parking lot. Now if your gambling and you want to cash a ticket the cashing machines are mostly broken and the lines are so long and if you need to go to the cashier to cash a larger ticket (over 600) you will wait min of 30 minutes because they are always understaffed. Oh if you want a drink while your gambling guess what the drinks are not free and coffee is $3.50 and sodas are $3.50 and I'm afraid to tell you what real drinks cost . They also charge you $6.95 to take money off your own Bank card at the ATM and the fee is on top of the $3.00 charge your bank charges you. And dont believe them if they tell you they are rebuilding the place because its a lie. Oh the Bathrooms are totally disgusting and no soap dispenser works to wash your hands. Oh Susan at the front desk is so Rude when you check in. And when I was checking out I asked for a late check out and she told me No . The Players Club closes at 12am while the casino stays open til 4am so from 12am to 4am no comps are given out and you can't come the next day to redeem them. So if your a player forget this place and if you just coming here for a wedding or party or an affair dont come here . I suggest you go to the Hyatt Hotel around the corner and it's Hotel is huge and so is the parking lot.. oh one more thing if Smoke bothers you Don't come here 25% of the people here smell of Marijuana smoke. Oh .when your playing these machines that don't pay out much. Edit february 15th 2023 So once again I had to go back to the casino because I left something there. And to my amazement nothing has changed. It was 1 p m and I did not see a waitress in sight and there was nobody at the bar on the second floor. I was dying of thirst and all I wanted was a bottle of water from the bartender and I could not even get that. Every time I go back to see if this casino changed , it gets worse and worse.
