I booked the reservation 5 months in advance and was quoted a price that matched what two of my friends were also quoted for a weekend in October. When I arrived, the owner (man) changed the price (higher) than what I was quoted and said it was due to the seasonal pricing change, and I was so tired I didn't question it and just wanted to get to the room. However, the next day I found out my friends were both charged less (the quoted price) for the EXACT same room style. Upon checkout I told the owner (woman) about what happened and she was equally confused and didn't understand "what her husband did" (her words), but said the increase was due to seasonal change. I said one, why then was I quoted lower when you knew the month the reservation was for, and then pointed to my friends' reservations (she had her schedule book laying right in front of us), and asked why they paid less when they booked the same time I did? (the amount they paid was next to their names...that's their system).||||At this point she couldn't refute or be confused, but then said she couldn't return it to my card, and could do cash, but only for the difference between the quoted price and what he charged and not including tax because it was already charged to the card and "it goes to the state, not the motel." I said I understood it's for the state, but the tax I was charged was higher than I should've paid which would be calculated against a lower amount so I shouldn't pay extra (I knew it was only a $0.50 difference, but it's principle because it's the right thing to do). Instead, she just repeated what she said, so I just took the cash for the difference without the tax included. I should have known the moment I booked the reservation something would go wrong because they could and would not give a confirmation number and do not have any computerized system - I understand it's a motel not in a major city, but clearly the "system" they are using isn't working. ||||Now onto the room: mildew smell throughout the room and IN the pillows and sheets. Only two pillows, and to make matters worse, THE hardest pillows to ever lay upon an equally hard bed one could ever imagine. It was so horrible my boyfriend and I thankfully packed a body pillow from home and shared that for our heads the second night just to try and sleep more than a few broken hours. Also NO towels, seriously not even a small hand towel when my friends both had extra towels and extra pillows. My friends did however say their pillows and beds were equally as bad, so now we can't just attribute that to possibly "just a bad room and experience," which was by the way Paris themed. Oh and forget the "wi-fi that's included" and be prepared to use your provider's data.||||I don't like to leave poor reviews especially considering it's a small family-owned business, but seriously pay extra and stay anywhere else, or consider sleeping...

Inside checking in the lovely lady behind the counter seems the usual for a city attitude needs an update (your no longer in the city ma'am) off to the room... Omg not a resort by any means!!! This is a "we should've left the lights off kinda motel..." (NEEDS MAJOR UPDATES) Open the door and stand back from the atrocious smell of whatever cleaning supplies used, set your luggage wherever you might find a space and get ready to unwind from you long trip. The bathroom is very tiny, and if don't have a super model bod like most, plan on knocking the toilet paper roll on the floor a couple thousand times during your stay, the toilet does not flush very well and has a permanent stain, the sink and shower appear about the only well maintained thing in this room. The air-conditioner works off the light switch so unscrew the bulb if you want the light out when it's time for bed. The fridge looks like it was dropped down a flight of stairs, and the microwave is disgusting and smells like it's on fire while heating anything. If you don't want them in your room while your staying notify them or they'll be in there everyday. Overall not a great stay but location to where we actually needed to be was convenient. If I ever have to come back I would definitely find another option as this is totally a rip off for Amount charged per night....

A couple of jokes to break the ice but, no response. So I register get my key and I said great I've secured my stay. Went to the track dropped off my equipment then went back to the hotel. Well needless to say when I opened the door it was hot and musty. They have a window air conditioner that was not working at all. The room needs a serious upgrade. I'm assuming all the rooms are the same..I had to ask for Ice and it was an issue. The woman had me stand outside the while she retrieved the Ice. She came out with a little bucket. So some guy that I think works the said come on in I'll get you filled. The rug in the room smells like feet. So, I go to do my first track day and to boot when I get back to my room the light in the bathroom was out and there was a leak because the idiot that cleaned the room left the shower faucet slightly open. At this point I gave up and dealt with it. This place is beyond horrible. Customer service is 0. I will never go back to this dump. Stay away. At $130 a night I felt like...
