We went to the online Mattress Store to try a mattress I saw online. The mattress that sounded great online, was not as great as I hoped. We found a matress we liked, but decided to look more and took a business card from Eric the owner. A few days later, we texted Eric and ordered two mattresses. We did not have to go back to the store, we could complete our purchase with texting and a quick phone call. Eric let us know when our purchase would arrive and provided the tracking number. He tracked our order and found they sent our mattress in 2 different shipments and let us know and provided the tracking for the 2nd mattress. We opted to install the matresses ourselves and they came in a box and it was easy to carry up the stairs. After the first night on the new matress, I knew we made the right choice. Just purchased our first mattress at factory direct. The manager of the company met us there in less than 10 minutes. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, answering our questions. I’d like the fact that he gave us as much time to experience all the different mattress options. There was a great variety of mattresses to choose from. It was nice convenient and not high end pressure to purchase. The mattresses have a very nice quality appearance. Also, the mattress we decided to purchase offered shipping options. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to get a new mattress, especially if you're interested in the big names in the "mattress in a box" business (online retailers). This is the only place in the area where you can test them out instead of buying blind. Eric is knowledgeable and gives you space to look around and try out the mattresses so don't let calling for an appointment be intimidating. He's also not pushy at all, which is always nice but especially when you're as indecisive as I am! I ended up going with a Helix mattress that I'm really happy with so far.
