It is impossible not to fall in love with this huge yet so warm and welcoming Bed and Breakfast. If you do not immediately fall in love with the atmosphere and beautiful backyard scenery that surrounds it, you are not giving in a fair shake. Country Manor Inn is wonderfully decorated and spotless the Inn Keepers Marnie and Brett go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. I have visited Sharon Springs NY for more than 9 years and while I have only been staying at the Inn 3 years.NO place other than the Country Manor Inn has felt more like home. Breakfast is made to order, and no request is too far out. If you love coffee, you have found the right place it is available around the clock if requested. Chef Brett makes food a work of art almost to pretty to eat perfectly for his guests. Marnie always is leaving fresh flowers and extra towels and blankets in our rooms. Marnie and Brett define what Inn Keepers should be making sure to really get to know their guests what makes them comfortable, content, what makes them return and bring friends with them. I cannot brag enough about this Inn and the Inn Keepers other then if give this place a chance you will see why and how it's guest remain loyal and always...

The Country Manor B&B was recommended by another Sharon Springs Inn, as theirs' was booked for that weekend. We arrived a little early and were greeted by the owner, who couldn't have been nicer. Our room and bath was fairly large and super clean. There were various coffees, teas, juices, fruits and muffins available to guests in the dining area which were complimentary. I thought this was a lovely gesture to welcome you; and also was great if you needed a snack from traveling or before dinner. The Inn itself, is a beautiful historic mansion. It is in great condition and the owners seem to be continually working on the meticulous grounds and upgrading the guest rooms. In the morning we had a vegetable omelet with fresh fruit and what tasted like local bacon. It was delicious. They offer several different choices for breakfast too ! Brett & Marnie are warm and gracious hosts. My daughter & I originally were only going to stay for a night, instead we extended another night. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room we stayed in was cozy, peaceful, and well equipped with all the essentials we needed. My daughter and I played Yahtzee and had some wine in the living room when we came back from dinner, a perfect end to an evening. I am a stickler about cleanliness and I am pleased to say that Country Manor Inn did not disappoint in this department...I remember going on and on about it with my daughter how clean everything was. The dining room has a refrigerator set up with complementary beverages and encouraged us to help ourselves.
