I used to live in the area and have known of the Beekman Boys for years, before they made face products and just had soap and lotion. I've always supported them because of their back story (very sweet and worth looking into). I no longer live in the area but make a special trip during my vacations back to the area. I've always loved walking into the store, being greeted kindly, and shopping all their beautiful products. I have to say, I was really disappointed this time.

I was greeted by a woman who was helping another couple. Explored the front portion first, coming across single use sheet mask for $16 (yikes). The back room used to be full of their products, even having cheese to purchase. There was the side table with a few products on it and the rest of the shelves were just stocked with more of their Wicked sets. Really disappointed in the variety this time. I walked up the register and not once did the lady look up at me, maybe having a bad day or something because prior to that they were in the back room chatting about their time cards. All of my past visits she's been so personable so it was just another part of the overall disappointment of the store. Last time I visited we had such a nice conversation and I looked forward to it again. I wasn't even asked for my phone number for rewards, despite a sign being in front of the register and she's the one to sign me up prior.

The overall emptiness of the store and not unkind but not the same level of service I've received prior makes the visit out to the store seemingly not worth it for me. But, try at least once and draw your own...

Thank God for those baby goats, YlangYlang and Tuberose! If not for them, I would never had discovered what wonderful products you all create together!! The scents are sexy and seductive, clean and fresh, and incredibly luxurious! I'm in Beekman 1802 Paradise from head to toe! I just found you last Beekend and I know we're going to be great Neighbors! My hair has never been so shiny or soft. When I look in the mirror, I can almost see a halo and believe me, I'm no Saint! It hi lights my silvery gray hair beautifully. I've never been so head over heels about a product line in all of my fifty four years. I do have to say when I put the hand lotion on, I got afraid for a minute because my skin stayed wet but within thirty seconds or so, it soaked into my skin and it was not oily at all. As a matter of fact, my skin after only a few applications has greatly improved. I wish I had taken before and after shots because you wouldn't believe it! Even my Husband is thrilled with the products. He'll go do something and come back and say, I can still smell mine, can you smell yours? I laugh at him because he doesn't usually act like this and it's not that the scents are overpowering all. They're just clean, light and so scrumptious! We are hooked already and can't wait for the end of the month when we'll be heading to Sharon Springs to check out your Store and the wonderful products you've created!
