Parkview Manufactured Housing & RV Community — Hotel in Trainer

The ENTIRE park is not up to code! The owners are there very minimal and are only out to get your money! When buying a trailer, they will not give you the title! They offer you a bill of sale! There is a much nicer trailer park 1 mile down the road in Delaware!! There was just an overdose at Parkview 2 days ago! It is not kid friendly....even tho the owners will talk it up. You pay your electric to the owners....no way of knowing how much you have really used...they charge you what they want! My friend owned a trailer here & surrendered it in less than one year. The water gets turned off sometimes for an entire day & the toilets are always backed up!! The management is all about corporation & crowding the park with more tin boxes!! Far from personable!! The trailers are so close together you can put your arm out the window & touch the next one over!! The electric bill was astronomically high for not that big of a place!! The residents are in your Business & if you are not in their Clique they will Call Cops!!! Run!! RUN as Fast...

Never mind all of the negative reviews. If your responsible, have some respect for yourself and others... you'll find this is a peaceful place to be. Its reasonable, also a convenient location. I've lived here over a year, yet through all of my personal experiences with Kurt I've always been treated right. The guy has been more than fair and that's honorable. I love my neighbors and together we create a community. Nothing bad to say about my time here at parkview. I recommend this place to anyone looking.
