Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Chichester Township

Wawa as a whole is great. But the manager Tiffany is the worst manager ever. She treats the employees horrible and micro manages them all. I’ve witnessed her confront an employee over a cup of coffee to a police officer who she assumed didn’t pay but he actually did. She completely embarrassed the employee and the store as a whole. That Wawa location used to be great but since Tiffany took over I rather go elsewhere. I contacted Fox News about Tiffany’s demeanor and customer service. She alone has to be the reason all the employees have transferred and quit. I hope Fox News catches her in the act of being unprofessional and incompetent. I’m a Linwood resident and I rather drive an extra mile to another Wawa than watch the manager Tiffany treat her employees the way she does. Go away...

I've never had an experience as bad as this one. I went here for a DoorDash and could not get any service. When I finally did, the guy at the register was nice to the customers but acted as if I didn't exist. It was almost as if I was being profiled or discriminated against. He eventually called a lady from the deli and asked her to help with the 'dasher'. She was rude as well as I said thank you while she shoved the bag in my hand. Mind you, I even did the shopping portion of the order. All I needed was the quesadilla from behind the register counter (which was getting colder by the minute). Terrible terrible terrible employees are great and very kind management is horrible I went to the store and the registers were down and there was a line wrapped around the store twice of customers trying to check out the manager came and turned off every single register and then walked outside and smoked a cigarette and didn't say a word to anyone and left his employees with disgruntled customers I've got in there multiple times and there's nothing no coffee no food it's just poorly managed and I feel very sad for the employees who have to deal with customers who get upset because they don't get the stuff that they want Dishwalla is walking distance from my house and my husband and I still go to one further away just to...
