Seafood Connection — Local services in Lower Chichester Township

I just had a bad interaction with seafood connections owner Jane. I call just before closing and she answers the phone. I ask what size blue crabs to you have she replies small, medium, large, extra-large, and then she says oh I’m sorry just medium and large. And then ask her will she be able to cook them she says if you place the order now over the phone and by time you get here will be closing. And then proceeds to tell her I want one dozen of crabs she says large or extra large I said oh you have extra-large I’d like extra large please. I get to the store and it was about five people in the store at a time. My order was ready within 10 minutes .I get the bag, And look into see that she has mixed small and medium crabs and maybe two large crabs in my bag as I complain she says I am the best in town and see this is why all the people come to me you call me tomorrow and you’ll be happy . I’m not happy. This is not what you agreed to over the phone and this is not what I just paid for. The only resolution was to give my money back but you tell me all these extra large crabs…. Very disappointed last 3xs I went they charged me for Medium crabs but gave me some Mediums mixed with small second time they gave me Mediums but had a lot of empty crabs I called complained they told me they would fix it I live 1 hr away so by the time I was back in the city for work I forgot about it 3x I just went but this time I remembered to check my bag low and behold they charged me for Mediums but it was a bag full of smalls I pulled the small crab out the bag to show her they were smalls she said they were medium ma’am if those were mediums I don’t want to see what your smalls look like mind you I always buy Mediums got my money back and left those crabs right there MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CRABS BEFOR YOU LEAVE THEY PROBABLY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR LARGE BUT GIVE YOU MEDIUMS IF YOUR A CRAB EATER YOU...

I WAS a frequent customer until I counted my order of crabs when I came home. I had a less amount of crabs that I ordered and most importantly PAID for. I had also noticed prior orders were not looking like the amount of crabs I was charged for. After I realized that I had been cheated, I called Seafood Connection.
