We really enjoyed this campground. The sites are spacious and well maintained. They provide a shelving hut in your space to keep firewood dry. There is a trail that you can walk to see Donner Lake that is easily accessible from most sites. It is about 30 to 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe if you want to explore that area. There is a Chevron gas station right outside the campground that has a dump and fill station if your have a camper or RV. It's 35.00/night-- bit high but maybe that's the rate around here? I will do more exploring and find...
