Taco Bell — Restaurant in Truckee

Start off first things first they were extremely rude okay number two their store was extremely dirty they didn't wipe down their kiosk machines like they say they do they rather work their drive-thru than help their customers on the inside store I wanted to do something but the kiosk wouldn't let me and I needed to change out a taco for a different kind of Taco kiosk machine wouldn't let me so I asked them if they can help me they ignored me for about 20-25 minutes like I was invisible to these people there was three of them working not one spoke English there was about seven people in the store and I'm extremely unhappy on how they handled their customer service skills which I think they need to go back and reevaluate their employees to be honest with you and really I don't want to even give you a star you don't deserve it your people are extremely rude and tell me to leave the store because I asked him to help me I didn't give an attitude until they took me to leave the store because I wasn't doing anything wrong I was asking them to change out a taco which they wouldn't even help my order not once so that review I hope you're excited with it have a great day and learn customer service...

The first time I came here, all of the employees were in the back joking and laughing while one girl was in the empty front cleaning tables. I stood at the front register for a good 5 minutes until I asked her if I could be helped. The place was empty other than employees. She seemed frustrated and then quickly smiled as she got up front, apologized, and then took my order. The second time I went to taco bell, which is riight now.. It's pretty full. The place is really dirty, and I see two employees standing in the back talking while others are working. Customers, including my family are cleaning tables to seat themselves. They got my order wrong for the 5 layer burrito and gave me a bean and cheese burrito instead.

Ack, hate the self serve kiosks. Then no receipt, despite entering my dang phone number... Don't try to ask an EMPLOYEE they ignore you, point at the dang kiosk.. Well it doesn't work right, so WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO??? HOURS STATE 11pm, we ate in car, (no trash cans in outside area) So tried to go in with trash, friggin doors are locked.. Left them the trash at door.. Now food. Yeah Taco Bell has a bad reputation, but ok, I've had enough that EVERY Taco Bell ground beef tastes exactly the same each place. (It's prepared/prepackaged/frozen) elsewhere so every franchise tastes same. Well this meat was weird, not bad, but a very unusual flavor.. Not the usual.. My partner noticed the same... Not to mention their prices are about 20-35¢ higher on everything compared to...
