Travel Inn Eutaw AL — Hotel in Tuscaloosa

Was passing through Alabama and needed somewhere to rest. I was pulling up all kind of hotels that was way AWAY from were i was located at the time. Then i came across the TRAVEL INN LOCATED AT--1080 COUNTY ROAD 208, EUTAW, ALABAMA 35462. There right off the interstate 20&59 EXIT-45 The UNION EXIT. I READ THE reviews that was posted about the HOTEL, Etc i was shocked. Most of the reviews was Fake and False. I called the hotel asked a few questions and was on the way. When i arrived the manger was waiting on me. Got CHECKED in |And he showed me where too park my truck with the trailer with no problem. I can say they honor TRUCK drivers, military and senior. There is|Also a 24hr TRUCK stop right next door to the hotel. I really liked the hotel cause it had a old school water fountain in the FRONT. The grass was cut. The hotel has security cameras|All the way around and well lite. The |Rooms are a very nice size. The bed sheets and pillows and pillowcases were all very White no stains anywhere. I couldn't even find any stains on the towels. While over looking the room i didn't even see any kind of spiderwebs in the corners. Even though the hotel sits right off the freeway it was very quiet. Ez on Ez off. The gentleman that checked me in was VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THAT REALLY WENT ALONG WAS with me. It was late and |I explained my situation and he was very understanding. I would like too say Thank YOU so MUCH. I Will be back again and i will be stoping and staying again. To the OWNERS OF THE HOTEL YOU'LL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. OLD SCHOOL HOTEL|WITH A NEW SCHOOL LOOK. YOU'LL BE BLESSED AND GOD WILL KEEP BLESSING YOU'LL....

The staff are very kind and inviting. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Now, let's talk about the room. I always travel with my own bed linen, bath towels, and disinfectant cleaners and sprays. My supplies came in handy because one of the washcloths in the room had yellowish stains on it. I believe it had been washed like the other white towels, but whatever caused the stain didn't come out. I cleaned the vanity, toilet, the shower stall, and the bathtub with a bleach bathroom cleaner. The cloth I used to clean was filthy when I finished, and I threw it in the trash. The vibe in the front of the building is not the same as the back area. I was in the front, but other family members were in the back. I literally felt unsafe back there. It's not well lit, and there were questionable activities going on back there. I'm grateful that the front desk clerk graciously agreed to change to a different room in the front. The bed was comfortable, and the decor in the room was cute. There is a great soulfood restaurant across the street that opens early for breakfast, and it stays open late. Two gas stations are next door, and the motel is right off the exit from the interstate. Surprisingly, with all the big rigs and traffic coming and going, it was not too noisy. I wouldn't stay for a vacation, but it works when you're passing through, and you need to rest overnight, or you need to take care of some business for a day or...

Fleas rude staff or sand raghead. Rat pop no coffee mom has cancer can't loosen throat without cc offee. Was hear 20 would not even refund half money. Run run run. Toilet stopped up. They are heartless. I'll make sure maids have to clean up everything. Nothing been touched and wouldn't refund money. Tvs are chit can't see them. Bar across road. Wish i could give minus stars. Would not put me in touch with owner name email nothing. People like this sicken me. Also can't even spell. What is wrong with AMERICA also charges key deposit but that's not on receipt. Guess my 5 dollars will buy his breakfast guess I'll get my my money's worth water can run all night toilet stopping up so smell bad and ill get my money's worth. Watch n see.
