I have worked at Subway. I understand the etiquette of customer service and "foodside manners." There were multiple things wrong with my experience at this restaurant. Server was not wearing a name tag. Server repeatedly asked multiple customers to wait, which would not have been a problem if she had been kind about it. Sandwich artist was huffy, frustrated, and was inattentive. She slammed pans of bread around, rolled her eyes, ignored requests for certain vegetables and sauces to be taken off or not put on. Did not give any opportunity for other items to be purchased. Impatient, complained about her job on multiple occasions. Did not smile, thank us, or say a word to us outside of asking what we wanted and complaining or telling us our total. Pretended not to know what a cookie platter was or how to make one, despite literally preparing to make one for another customer. I know she knows what they are because Subway University teaches you all about it before you ever make your first sandwich. Very rude, did not want to work, did not care about her work, and did not care about the customers in front of or behind us. Bread was stale, and she ripped it in several places, but ignored requests for a more savory loaf. Repeatedly got our orders wrong. And she sighed and huffed every time we tried to fix the order. We visited at about 3:20 to 4:14 on December 18, 2019. I was with my brother and my father. Brother was wearing his army uniform, I was wearing a black and whit striped shirt, and my dad wore a baseball cap. Read moreI never want anything brought to me from this place. The food was awful. I was sick for 2 days after only consuming a small amount of this "food". Not to mention the long black hair discovered in the other half of the sandwich. I left a message immediately during discovery. I tried to get a refund the next day and the manager refused. Even with the return of the monstrosity. He refused to review cameras to ensure it was purchased at this franchise. He did not care at all, he already had the money. Nothing was "Eat Fresh" at this Subway. Pro athletes would not "pro"fer this place. Unless they wanted a reason to get benched for a few games, due to food poisoning!!!!

I walk in and one of the employees scream and whoever was in charge gave some B.S. about getting sued if a customer's food fell into dog hair and my service dog could not be around food. I tried educating but the supervisor basically told me to get out and shut up. There were no other customers and I really did not feel like having my evening further ruined on the off chance this idiot manager called the police. 10/10...
