I had booked this “motel” by the reviews, we were disappointed. When we checked in (I had booked in March directly), I was surprised that it was not a motel but sheds. The owner was just ok as we checked in, we all paid cash. There were tree tenders staying there and hanging out on our three porches. Owner did tell what I presume was their boss and they moved. Was just strange and a little uncomfortable at first. |The first “cabin” had no air. We asked to be moved and they both (owners)were a little short with us. We had to sleep in twin beds. There was indoor plumbing, nice beds and sheets were nice. It was clean. When we went to check out, I thought it was odd she came to door in nightgown with no bra. She did not speak to me. I asked for receipts since we all paid cash. That really upset her. I think it’s just good business. A lil disappointed overall and would have felt more comfortable if we would have not had the occupancy of the spiders. Overall I would...

When I stopped in and asked if it would okay to work on the bike in front of the cabin, they offered to let me use the shop on the property. Rolled in the shop, Margaret put a drip pan under the bike to catch what was dripping. I went to my cabin to change and let the bike cool. Then out in the shop, Ron came in, showed me a massive tool box with everything needed. Suggested I let it cool overnight, go into town and have a beer. Took his advice. What wonderful folks, highly recommend the place. So quiet...
