Royalton Inn & Suites Upper Sandusky — Hotel in Upper Sandusky

Spiders under the pillow and and in the sheets when I walked in - 3 spiders on 1 bed and found more. I killed them and still slept through the 1st night. But before the 2nd night, we came back to our room and more spiders I had to kill. At what point is it just ridiculous? I went down to the front desk to tell them but they started shouting at me immediately, like it was my problem?

Toenail clippings left on the corner chair They still advertise free hot breakfast on here + on their big sign out front but still no breakfast “because of Covid” **Right now it is June 2022- It just seems very deceitful to advertise in 2 very prominent places, but point to a small desk sign and say “no breakfast because of covid, see our sign?”(not that it’d even be clean enough to eat)

I have stayed at the Quality Inn across the highway multiple times around this this time of the year, with never having problems even remotely like this and will go there when I visit.

I just can’t believe how there was no responsibility or even a sorry. She turned it to shouting at me real quick. Their resolution was to give us 1/2 off, but we left that night anyway. Very run down hotel. We satyed there this past week while staying in the area for work building carey school. The first room our power went out. When moved to a new room, the shower faucet and toilet paper holder were falling out of the wall. The first night staying, One of our coworkers (admittedly, he is a druggie) apparently smoked some weed a few rooms down from us, and the desk lady immediately assumed it was me and spent about ten minutes screaming at my roommate and myself because we were the youngest in the group. The next day it was discovered by room service that ash was in our coworkers room, and we had not been smoking. The lady never apologized to myself or my roommate, which I find ridiculous considering the amount of venom she sent our way. This place is absolutely terrible. First off the walls were dirty,a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom,no safety lock,the lamps were stained, the wifi barley worked, the refrigerator was duct taped and didn’t get cold, and this lady was impeccable rude. When I came into my room the sheets were covered in stains and when I called and asked for new ones the worker said they were “clean enough” and walked out with the new clean sheets I had asked for. Then later on I couldn’t turn on the heater and when I asked for help turning it on she got mad that it was unplugged and kept talking down to me as if I was a child as she starred me up and down. And after everything I hear her ranting to another guest about how my room kept bothering this hotel and they didn’t want our business anymore.
