Burger King — Restaurant in Upper Sandusky

The last three times I've been thru this burger king, they've gotten something on my order wrong. The staff seems undertrained, and it always seems to be when I'm in drive thru, or when I'm inside. I genuinely like bk, but the service and staff need to be worked on a bit. It's always early morning, say 10 am or in the afternoon, say about 3 pm. I work in fast food, and I can say that your employees shouldn't be witty and snappy, they should be respectful. That's it. I thought I ordered a side of fries with my order, and dude didn't ring it up. I still got the fries, but the manager and somebody else up front were having attitudes about me double checking my order. If I'm right that's the one in upper Sandusky and they were polite when the guy took our order it was a special order because I had my grandchildren and they wanted their sandwiches special because my grandson has health problems and when they had to remake the sandwiches over the worker's in the back you could hear them cursing and also the person getting the food was to I told them that my grandchildren were out there and they and the rest of the customer's didn't have to listen to that kind of language I tried to report it to the main office but got know where with it I'll never return to that burger king again I've worked in some burger kings and that is...

This is usually a better burger King. But there was a employee there that took our order and the gentleman in front of us. He ordered the wrong item and she was super nasty. She kept going on about having to do a rering for double cheese burger for a double whopper. And forget about asking for ketchup. She thought she fixed the ketchup pump in the lobby but she so didn't. But apparently we were supposed to wait while she tried again. A young kid got us some.
