I had just hiked zion all day and driven a few hours to stop here before LA. I really wanted to shower, so I drove in to check if they were really locked. They were not, but it appears as the door had been kicked in. Showed were grimy and gross. There was a few girls having a loud argument in the women's room next to the men's. All of this coupled with the fact that tent sites are under the highway with highway traffic noise I decided to pass and drive to hotel down the road. I would have been less upset at the bathroom situation, except I had called earlier and the person I spoke to made no mention of the showers being closed after hours even though I called asking about after hours check-in.
