We stayed in the RV section of Zion White Bison Glamping Resort from May 25, 2025- May 31, 2025. To start we used RVeasy.com to book a 5th-wheel RV with our host Morgan (she's amazing if you need to rent a 5th wheel near Zion.) Our host delivered the 5th wheel to our site before we arrived and the site manager was extremely helpful even upgrading our site so our RV would fit better while keeping us with the group we were camping with. The sites are beautiful and VERY well maintained. The staff was available around the clock and the small on-site store had gift shop items, some food, snacks, and ice available at very reasonable prices. The site is located about 3 minutes from the Zion National Park entrance and about the same distance the opposite direction is a Walmart, various dining spots, and grocery stores so accessing everything was very easy. The views around the park are incredible!! Sunrise and sunset are breathtaking every day. The Bison viewing area puts you very close to them and has safety fencing to keep viewers safe. But the Bison came right up to the fence both times we went to see them. There are well-maintained walking paths along the river and around the site to navigate and explore. And there are river-access areas to play and cool off in. There is also a swimming pool being built and should be available soon. When we arrived we were told the camper was set up and running for us and that a 4-day-old white bison had just been born and was in the viewing area. I can't say enough about the service. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Sites have full hookups for water power and will eventually have sewer, (which leads me to the ONLY inconvenience we experienced while staying at Z.W.B.G.R.). The ONLY downside is a temporary one. The site is fairly new so there is still ongoing construction. They are working on the sewer for the entire site at the moment so there currently is no dumping onsite for wastewater or grey-water. The host gives you a gift card to be used at the Mavericks gas station just down the road to empty your wastewater and greywater and a few of our party did have to take their rigs to dump them during our stay. It's a little inconvenient but do-able. Once the sewer is completed each site will have sewer hookups available and this will no longer be an issue. They are also discounting the price for site rentals currently because of this inconvenience. They have a full shower and laundry facility built and ready to go BUT it can't be used because there is no sewer system operating currently. So, if your rig doesn't have a shower and toilet this may be a little more difficult for a longer stay. They do have port-o-potties on-site and they are larger than average and VERY well maintained with hand sanitizer and a handwashing station. Side note: there is a tubing group set up just outside the gates that has a 1-hour and 20-minute tubing ride. The cost is $35 per rider and includes a sturdy tube. The group takes you up the river, drops you off and picks you back up. We all had an absolute BLAST of an adventure together. Overall 9-out-of-10 even with the current inconveniences. With or without the sewer my 5 brothers their wives, children, and pets, and our parents had an...
Read moreLet me tell you how absolutely clean it is. We love walking barefoot in our living quarters after a hot day out. -- floors were smooth and squeaky clean without any sticky icky residue. Our bare feet were clean despite walking around in it. -- we all couldn't believe it, but do you believe the patio/grill furniture were all squeaky clean as well. It practically looked like I'm looking at new chairs (arondiracks, stump tables and picnic table with benches) and table in the store! When we wiped down the table with some light soap and water on a paper towel after eating, I fully expected to wipe up black. But what's amazing? It wiped up clean. 😱😱😱
What else? -- We walked in, and we were blasted by AC. It was AMAZING. After days camping, this was like heaven oasis. -- The shower tub was clean, the ledges and crannies which are normally icky are clean too!
-- We thought we wont be able to use the beautiful new looking silver grill cos we dont have any cook tools, but got such a lovely surprise when we opened the lid and voila, there they were! We thought of having smores and voila, the smores sticks were hanging in the room!
-- there was so many outlets, USB too! Nice! -- fridge, TV (TV...!!!!) with roku control, coffee maker(or we used it to boil water)
A very nice detail is there is an outdoor faucet, which drained into beautiful colorful pebbles. The pebbles meant we don't see crap sitting on grass or concrete after washing our dishes. We also were able to wash our swim clothes much easier using this faucet!
Another wonderful detail (my daughter discovered this) is there is actually a compartment outside the cart. It was perfect for our pantry and we put our utensils, dishsoap and cook-related supplies there.
This place is such a slice of heaven (in the middle of nowhere) that I wanted to book one more night doing nothing but just to take it slow and enjoy the place, even though we had done everything we wanted in Zion.
Thank you, owners of Zion White...
Read moreMy stay at Zion White Bison Glamping + RV Resort was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share.
“Dynamic pricing” trap – I booked two nights in January for a June trip and was charged over $1,000. When I checked in June, I found the same two nights would’ve cost just $650. There’s no disclosure about this anywhere on the site. So, ironically, booking early means paying more, which makes zero sense and feels dishonest. The management team refused to admit this and told me this is just their "dynamic pricing strategy."
Poor booking system – Their website is a mess. There's no way to log in or check your reservation. The confirmation email I received had visible placeholders (e.g. {Reservation created {hostaway_reservation_id}}), didn’t even include an order number, and even addressed me twice at the beginning of their system email ("Hi T Li T Li..."). It felt like I booked through a sketchy third-party site, not a $500+/night "glamping resort."
Dirty room – I found a what looked like used wristband from a previous guest on the floor, and the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. For a “luxury glamping” experience, that’s just not acceptable.
Not worth the location or the price – This place is a 20-minute drive from Zion, and not nearly as developed or convenient as other options nearby. Honestly, you could book a Hyatt or Hilton much closer to the park for under $350/night, with better service and cleaner facilities.
I tried to share this feedback directly with management and it was not well received. Overall, the resort looks better in photos than in reality. If you’re considering glamping near Zion, I’d recommend...
