My family and I made our reservation while in transit.🛣️ The call center rep was very helpful and was able to reserve our room from the phone. ☎️ About 30 minutes later we exited the highway and could see the hotel from down the road. Not being familiar with the area, finding AmericInn was very easy. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was helpful and kind and even assisted us to our room making sure that we didn't get lost along the way. We had a reservation for a room with 1 King size bed the room was very spacious and clean! After a day of driving it was nice being able to sleep in a comfortable bed. 🛌🏾💤😌
AmericInn's Continental breakfast. They offered freshly made Belgian waffles, personalized breakfast sandwiches that you can even take on the go, hash brown with eggs cheese and sausage, a variety of yoplait yogurt, bagels, toast, and English muffins along with an assortment of cereal, including oatmeal. They had a variety of condiments ranging from syrup, cream cheese, butter, salsa and more! 🍳🥯🥣🍞🧇 For beverages you could choose from coffee, apple cider, hot cocoa, tea and orange and apple juice. ☕🍵🧃 AmericInn is pet friendly for those traveling with their fur babies. 🐾💕
*AmericInn offers ADA rooms on the ground floor next to the lobby, rooms with 1 King size bed, rooms with 2 Queen beds.
Lastly checking out was seamless and easy, making for a positive experience. Thank you AmericInn for your accommodations and for a pleasant visit! 😀

Read moreA visit back to Webster City for my dad's class reunion (Class of 58) brought us to AmericInn from Connecticut. The reviews were good, and the location was great, so we booked two rooms - one for my parents and one for my husband and I. Both rooms were immaculately clean and smelled really good - so important. The beds were comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from (I like a softer one, so this is huge to me!) Shower water pressure was fine - that's not a given, so it was appreciated. The breakfasts were great - we stayed for 4 nights and every morning, we found a nice variety every morning. The cookies at check in and every afternoon were a nice homey touch - I feel like I might have to start keeping a roll of Nestle chocolate chip cookie dough in my fridge from now on. ||The thing that made this place special, though, were the folks at the front desk. Every single one of them were the kindest, most friendly people. They were great talkers, great listeners, and they treated us (especially my elderly parents) like we were the most important guests at the hotel. It turns out that several of the reunion attendees were staying at AmericInn - I think everyone had the same experience of kindness and compassion. In a world that can be rough to navigate, these lovely people smoothed out a little piece of the journey for us, and there aren't enough good things to say about them. ||If you're visiting Iowa and want to truly experience midwestern hospitality, this is your...
